    Introducing the newest and best printer in the Digital HeatFX lineup, the New 9541! This is a power house printer and by far the best transfer printer in the world. Period. There are two main reasons why this printer leads the pack and today we will share those with you.
    First, you have the largest size available in the industry. You can enjoy up to 13 x 19 inch transfers which is 130+ percent more than the other leading printers in the market. The 9541 allows you to use that generous amount of media to your advantage.
    Make one massively large transfer for one garment or easily fit 2 full size transfer designs on one sheet and get 2 shirts done on one page of media. Take that even further and fit many left or right chest logos and get a whole team of shirts done in one print. How you use the space is up to you!
    Second, the variety of colors you can generate on the 9541 is second to none. You can easily get rich true blacks and deeper and richer colors than ever before. This beautiful piece of machinery has 5 toner channels that can be used in a single pass making it astoundingly fast.
    Unlike many printers out there you get the full spectrum of colors because this 5 channel printer uses Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and White to provide the widest range of colors. To top it off there is virtually no maintenance as the toners are dry ink an
    d ready to go when you are.
    The Digital HeatFX 9541 works in 4 simple steps. Print, Marry, Apply and Finish.
    Print: Send your artwork to the Print Optimizer software to clean up your artwork, make any effects that would improve your atwork and then press print. Within second it comes out of the 9541 printer and is ready for step 2. See a video on the Print Optimizer: • Digital HeatFX| Print ...
    Marry: Take your finished transfer to the heat press and apply the polymer sheet. This is how we take the printed design and add the polymer glue which is how it will adhere to your garment or item. Once complete your design is ready to be applied.
    Apply: Choose your blank to be decorated. You will simply heat press it on. You can decorate Light and dark garments, cotton, polyester, glass, wood, metal, cardboard and many, many other materials. The transfers are vastly versatile making more than just t-shirts. When it's done, you simply peel off the transfer sheet. See a sample of various items created with the Digital HeatFX: • Selling tshirts, caps,...
    Finish: After peeling off the transfer sheet you will notice the design has a high gloss finish. Press it once more to fully embed the transfer onto your media making it permanent. The finished product has fantastic versatility and durability.
    The Digital HeatFX 9541 is by far the fastest, largest print, widest range of colors, and easily maintained equipment out there. Whether you are just starting out and want to start off with the best of the best or are expanding an existing business, the 9541 will be sure to impress.

    This is a very complete demonstration of this product and the technology. You are the only person who has mentioned the word durability in any of these demonstrations.
    Can you comment specifically on how these heat transfers hold up under washing? Are they able to be ironed (I imagine not)? How many times can a garment be washed before the transfer begins to flake, fade, or/and fall apart? How about the other substrates like mugs, plaques etc.? How durable is the HT on those items after they have been through the dish washer several times? Can normal sublimation mugs be used with the HT or are special mugs required.
    This is the missing part to the mystery of making an investment of 13K. Thank you for leading the way and producing very high quality and informative reviews of the product and the heat transfer technologies.

    • @ColDesiColman
      @ColDesiColman  3 роки тому

      Hey 4Bit - here's not really a "50 washes", "100 washes" definitive answer. I've got a work out shirt that I've had for about 4 years that's mostly lettering - a bit faded, but still looks good. Wear if every week or so..
      But there are several things that affect washability:
      1. Quality of the shirt - low quality? it won't last as long as with a better base
      2. Design - a 10"x10" square picture is also not going to last - but one that's designed right for the technology will. You need space in the design for the water to flow through when you wash it, if that's not there everytime you wash the water is actually trying to push the design off the shirt!
      3. How you wash it - just like anything, if you wash in hot water and spin dry the image won't last as long or look as vibrant.

      Great questions ENZ. There's no daily or weekly maintenance really. It's just like a full color office laser printer as far as that goes. Toner printers require much less care than liquid ink ones. In order to get a sample, just visit digitalheatfx.com and chat with someone

    Cool concept, I’d personally love to try it out, but not ideal for anyone trying to push out large quantities. Just way too time consuming from start to a finished printed shirt. There are so many faster efficient options.

    • @ColDesiColman
      @ColDesiColman  4 роки тому +3

      We've got long time users that do pretty big runs, but the real advantage to this system is that you can do one-offs and small runs VERY quickly - and those transfers will apply beautifully to just about any fabric. No set up, etc.

    How many shirts can you make before you have to reload the ink?

    • @ColDesiColman
      @ColDesiColman  4 роки тому +2

      It's toner - which is VERY different from ink - Ink is like in your home inkjet color printer and toner is more like in a laser printer - so it lasts a LONG time. Because it's digital, it only uses the amount of toner you need to make a specific image - so ... most people pretty much pay off the printer with the profits from all the shirts you sell before you have to replace the toner! @ColDesiColman  3 роки тому

      That's a good thought Angelo - most of our customers are making $10-$15 per shirt. Your only significant supply cost with these systems is paper, so the cost of design depends on the size of the design. Hey John - So here are the advantage of the DigitalHeat FX 9541 vs any DTG printer -
      1: There's no maintenance. Leave it for a day or a year without printing and it's fine.
      2: Apply to more types of apparel - Poly, Tri blends are no problem, dark or light - and there's no pretreat or process magic to figure out
      3: Promotional products - it's a transfer, so you can apply to wood, metal, mugs.. we have some customers that JUST use this as a hard surface printer
      4: Flexible placements - these transfers are EASY to apply anywhere on a shirt - sleeve, back of the neck, hem - you can even EASILY apply to caps and hats with a hat press
      We absolutely LOVE DTG - nothing feels better + and you get a super low cost per print, but there are some real reasons to consider digitalheat FX

      Good observation Lloyd. We look at that time and don't find it long at all since there' are no set ups, no clean up, and you can do 1 or 20 at the same pace.

    I want to return my printer, but they don’t tell you there are no refunds or that you have to buy the 2,500 hotronix heatpress for it to transfer correctly, nor do they tell you some printers don’t print the way the base model does but that it prints too small. And when i contacted them for support because my printer isn’t working properly after spending 10k cash! They said they’re too busy at the moment to assist me. So I’m 10k in the hole with a printer that doesn’t do what it says it does, I’m thinking of spending some extra thousands to get my attorney involved since the product doesn’t do what i was promised it would do and i have to pay an extra 2,500 for their heat press, and denied customer support in my emails. Don’t waste your time.

      Hey Mace, that doesn't make sense! If you purchased the printer from us we definitely provide support - the process is that you submit a request and we call you back - and that happens very quickly. That's why we have so many good reviews on Google, FB, etc. And we always recommend the Hotronix heat press, in all our videos, on our website, etc because the quality of the heat press is EXTREMELY important for consistent results. We can't help if your heat press has hot spots, temperature is inconsistent or the top platen tears away the married transfer when you open it. We learned that when we started with white toner printing years ago.
      I hope you're still working with us to try and get you up and running!

      Mace - we actually can't find you listed as a customer at all under the pseudonym you're using here. Would you reply with your real name or the name of our customer that purchased? We'd like to assist but can't!

      The printer itself is a uninet - the difference is in the software and the training
