Ingredients enough for 4 helpings of 1 large tbs each
6oz Cranberries
100 ml Orange juice or juice of choice or water
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 tbsp orange zest
Generous Pinch of Mixed Spice

Amazing recipe but I would eat cranberries before I cooked them, LOL! Love cranberries in any form, I was on a tour once and we stopped by cranberry farm and bought so many amazing freshly done things, loved it! BTW, love this necklace, looks great with this top!

Ahhhhh!!!! Love cranberry sauce, and you bet me to the punch! I was actually going to do a video on it for my Clearly Canadian segment, as we are one of the world's largest producers of cranberries! LOL I love your version because you didn't ruin it by adding apples. YUCK. lol I will however use yer idea - the booze! What a great idea! LOL When I make the video, I will give ya holla's! xo

that looks nice and easy, i wouldn't recommend vodka in it though as vodka leaves no taste once the alcohol has evaporated
Hi Phil yeah I am not sure how vodka would turn out either i saw another recipe using it but I would have to concur port brandy or sherry are my go to's with this recipe . Happy Holidays and love all your comments

Hi Moka I did this video before I got shingles have been a bit down in the dumps but just getting done what I can. This is used as a sauce to go with roast turkey or the Christmas dinner lots of people buy it in a jar but it does not compare to making your own. ;) Thanks for the like Hun !! and for watching xoxo ;)
