That's one thing we love here Rose...english muffins. Never tried to make our own but your recipe looks absolutely amazing! The store bought ones we get are flat and heavy. Yours are beautifully light and crispy. Wonderful! Toasted then lots of butter and then I prefer orange marmalade. An english muffin with butter and marmalade is one of my favorite foods on earth. Hi Lesley-Anne Kirkman, You could just use a bit of flour dusting and they would taste nice but they are not quite the same without that little crunch on the outside. If you have rice in the house you could grind that to little grains and use that but it can take some time to grind.
