    That was amazing. I feel so relaxed now and so easy in the hips. It really does work. 😀😀 I love how I can feel my muscles relaxing over the two minutes and I can gradually go deeper into the stretch. Love it. Thank you. xxx 🥰🥰

    Я одну з вправ спробувала де одна нога спереду гігнута в коліні а інша _ виставлена назад _ класно розслабляє. Я собі зроблю весь сет вправ в вечір перед сном .
