I just got my TR7 / DR7 set 2 weeks ago and put it through a battery of tests because of a severe sinus infection in our home and I wanted everything cleaned and sterilized and was filled with amazement over how beautifully clean and fresh everything came out!!! Speed Queen you'll always be # 1 in my book!!!

😢 i suffer from sinus infections.. very bad. i noticed after 2 years of eliminating chemicals at home that is the laundry detergent. if someone is using some of the very smelly detergents at the laundry room in the complex i live i literally get sick whithing minutes. thanks for the information 👍. i also purchased a speed queen TR7003 yesterday but i won't be able to afford the dryer anytime soon.
I've use the commercial washer at the complex i live. and i don't blame the washer for when some of my kid's clothes are stained. washers aren't miracle workers and i belive that some effort on pre treating clothes has to be done
i am simple. i expect that my washer is not going to quick or have major failure. as per performance i can help with pre treating and expenting my clothes to get rinse out properly.. laundry detergent make us sick at home
I like the way you justified your review they should extend your warranty automatically by another seven years.
It is an excellent machine I owned it myself both the washer and dryer.
I have the older 2 speed commercial from 2009 and it's been really good. My wife overloaded it badly once. It burned up the belt and the heat ruined the pump. I bought both the pump and belt/tensioner kit for about $90 USD total and the simple design is DIY friendly so I repaired it myself. Highly recommend SQ but I would get the TV2000WN commercial washer without the computer board. You won't ever have any trouble with it and even if it's abused, the repairs will be straight forward and easy.
We've had the TR7 about two months now. NOTHING we have owned even comes close to the quality, quietness, and clean clothes this amazing machine puts out!

The TR7 washer was above my budget however I went for it at 65 yrs of age. I wanted this to be my last washer after so many over the years. Before this, I ordered a SAMSUNG 5 cubic foot mega size washer. Max no agitator washer with every imaginable feature. After one day, it could not balance a large load. Everything was tied in a knot! Fortunately, I bought it directly from Samsung and not Lowes or Home Depot! They picked it up 5 days later, no problem, no questions. The big box stores will never help you like this. If you "buy direct", you most often get a 30 day return guarantee. The big box stores want to force you to then deal with the manufacturer! They want to dismiss you! Back to the Speed Queen, top warranty, and you just have to use the correct LIQUID detergent, perhaps a water softner, and always use the pre-soak. If you have large stains and so on, use a pre stain option. You can't just throw any clothes into a machine and expect the best! Always treat stained clothes, always use the pre-soak option, always use the best LIQUID ,or Pods detergent and select the highest water level. DONE.

so it is for me but took advanced that i was approved credit with zero % interest if paid in 12 months. at the end of the day i will spend more money if i finance a cheaper machine that has 1 year warranty. that if speed queen keep it to its word about granting their warranty
I have the TR7 model and I find it great machine.
i just purchased a TR7 i am a bit nervous because of some bad rivews 😢 well i still exited about getting my new SQ tomorrow. unfortunately not way i can purchased the dryer 😫 and to make matters worse i bought an old maytag dryer that smells gas inside the drum 😢 wish me luck

@@SpeedQueenHome thanks 😊 I did 4 loads of whites on whites settings. I followed recommendations from technicians about not using a lot of detergent. well my clothes came out so clean ..first time in my life I can say I love to do laundry 😆 ❤️

Mary, I'm torn between the FF7 front load and the TR7. Those dog beds fit in the TR7??? Don't they distort??? They fit around the agitator??? Also, I feel a little weird about putting a dirty item (dog bed or blanket) in the dryer first then washing. Was there any particular reason you went with the TR7 versus the FF7? Help please!
Love them except for the filter being screwed in
Hello! Generally, the lint filter is secured to prevent anything catching on it and pulling it into the drum. However, you can remove the one screw holding the lint filter in place for cleaning by using a 5/16 nut driver or thin wall socket!
Does the dryer come with the splitter hose for the steam or do I have to buy that separately?
Hi! Hoses would need to be sourced separetely, but the filter screen and rubber washer that should placed in the hose is included with the dryer.
Doesn’t putting the dirty dog blankets in the dryer creating odor in the dryer?
Should the items be heavily soiled, it may be better to wash them first. If its not time to rewash an item yet, say you just washed it yesterday, the dryer can help remove pet hair that accumulates daily.
Nice machines. I'd like for you guys to add water recirculation that will surround the clothes with a wall of water from top to bottom and everywhere.
Hi Jerome, we believe water is incredibly important is getting your laundry clean. That's why our machines will fill all the way up to the top of the tub! You can't get clean clothes without a lot of water!

Why is there so many bad reviews on these machines?
That was in 2018 when they first came out. They've been updated and I have a 2023 TR5 model and it's been great.

@@erossinema8797 They did a software change that lengthened wash times and certain cycles, if I remember correct.
