    Bohot baar yeh broker k wajah se bhi deal nahi ho paata hai.
    Usko to property zyada price mai bikegi to zyada brokerage milega na.
    Isliye woh bohot baar seller ko gumraah kar deta hai ki mai isse zyada price mai bikwata hoo.

    Sir pls help me I bought a flat in 2017 in bangalore for 64 lacs plus briber 4 khata 1 lac plus registration 6 lacs plus furnishings 1 lacs total I spent 85 lac.. 1. I have put this flat 1200 sft for sale since 2019. No body is buying. I have reduced price to 75 lacs still no takers. What should i do.
    edit: sold for just 56 laxs on 30th march 2023.

      Yeah, I find his point valid for resale flats. And now i am only planning to buy resale flats. But i didn't like when he targets political people like Modi etc. All the political parties are the same. Be it, Khujliwal, Rahul Gandhi. But he will never showcase others strategies. I am living in Delhi and i kno exactly how Kujliwal is working. It would be better if he is neutral in all the aspects and that would gain our respect for him even more. 🙏🙏🙏 . I genuinely feel a sense of security in India because of Modiji. Delhi was already developed.

    Sir, mere ko a abhi sell nai karna abhi after next few months mujhe buy karna hai resale flat aapka guidance chahiye hoga. I understand mujhe personally aapka time waste nai karwana chahiye but main jitna ho sakta hain mere se aapko consultation fee pay karne ko ready hoon. Bus mere ko affordable price pe 1 1BHK resale flat mil jaye.
