Secondly builder will charge you interest if we exorbitant interest if we delay even 2 day in payment of instalment. On top of that builder will demand extra money at the time of possession. I am the victim of such tactics. That is currently senerio of under construction projects.
People are buying flats left and right. I have seen pre-launch events getting booked upto 40%. Ridiculous. Also builders selling substandard flats as luxury flats. I countered a sales guy regarding the so called “luxury” flat, he said excuse me sir, and never came back. I waited 15mins for him.
Sir Purvankara provident is coming with new project at Shilphata, he is very popular developer in south India . I am loking for late procession project is it worth to Go with this project.

Lastly buying while underconstruction is always cheap.
