    In India all markets are sellers market...we never negotiate except in vegetable market, even that trend is going down.....

    I have to buy a plot in Patna at Good deal where I must have upper hands,,But listening krish ji,,I am little afraid regarding Plot legality Strenghts and Agents tricks, But listening Krish ji I am paused and planning how to investigate and negotiate plot,, Its my first experience to buy any plot,,I am zero in documentation knowledge, 15 days 1 am not only listening but Studying Krish ji,,😊 Thanks Krish ji

    Our Judicial System is a mockery of Justice. DO NOT BUY UNDER CONSTRUCTION. There are 90%+ chances that builder will fail to deliver. I have already spoken about Judicial System. So, under construction is a big NO-NO.

    I would say don't get emotionally attached to any property during negotiation.
    Keep any emotions aside then you will be able to strongly negotiate and bring the price down to your expectation or nearer.

    Land and population is the gift india got we don't have oil or mines...so 90% of investment in india is investment so sellers are 100 people but buyers are only 5 people but place plays important role and decides seller or buyer has upper hand..

    Sir many builders in Pune like Godrej, VJ n all are taking 50k token for booking which they saying fully refundable on launch day. They take say 1000 tokens as priority saphire pass for inventory of 500 flats. Then next 500 tokens as Topaz pass etc. Please can you share experiences of token refunds and end goals of such token system

    Krishna bhai jo aap smjha rhe ho normal log nhi smjh payenge..i invest in stocks..usme b aise hi sochna pdta hai..but log sochte hu aise hai maruti ka share 1000 ka tata ka share 100 ka . Tata sasta. Ipo kine pe b nikalo.. log dumb hai dumb hai dumb rhenge . You are way older than me..but i lost everything by thinking how you think by doing what i want and need..and people will oull you down by saying tum to bewkuf ho.. car lo ghar lo bdiya mhnga dur ki jagaj pe

    land is a natural resource which is very important for human survival just like air and water. govt should hold power on it making it reasonable for everyone to own it. gov should concentrate more on this than coming up with new ways to collect tax which actually effects low income classes ultimately making them work some portion of their life like slaves to govt.
    I hope a day comes when every new born child is reserved with dedicated space in advance to live in for the taxes its going to pay in future for everything even though it has already paid while getting salary which is already converted in white money but sill have to pay taxes for white money again and again.
    privatization of necessary natural resources should be banned, put a cap on rich ppl, they use already existing necessary natural resources in their name into compounding effect leaving no chance to others and making them work from rich like slaves.
    even gov supports this as this is a good way to collects tax, can you imagine govt even collects tax from illegally occupied land called B khata which is allowing more people to do illegal land business🤣

      Now the government is run by two idiots from 2014, they hardly have knowledge to run any "Kirana shop" one declared *TADIPAR* by earlier govt. and another is *FAKE DEGREE*. They need to concentrate all the resources on one hand i.e. *ADANI* & look after only public fight among within hindu muslim. These bunch of fools are not working on Social security, employment, farmers issues, taxes. This gujrati cartel is believed in one slogan *"APNA KAM BANTA BHAAD MEIN JAAYE JANTA"*

      Not correct, complete adherence to the rule will be a failure, but we need to use wisdom generated from the knowledge he shares. It will work out. We have experienced in at least 6 purchases we did

    Market is extremely competitive
    There are biggest players in market who are competing
    You cannot use such words ke pehna diya
    I donno what experience you have in real estate but you ideologies are not upto the mark as per my experience
    Why you have to go into the details of purchase price of the seller
    It's his luck
