I am really focusing on high-protein recipes that are still very tasty and don’t sacrifice flavor, keeping it simple and healthy. I am feeling so good eating this way and cooking at home more👩🏻🍳 I hope you guys found some inspiration in these recipes!

Dinner: hummus, roasted broccoli, turkey meatballs,
Meatballs - ground turkey, yellow onion, jalapeno, cilantro, preserved lemons, garlic, harissa, shawarma seasoning, soaked stale bread
Salad - red onion, cucumber, feta, olive oil
Wednesday
Breakfast: roasted turkey & eggs, reduced sugar vanilla almond milk, rolled oats, banana, pomegranate, blueberries, peanut butter
Lunch: extra firm protein tofu, tamari/coconut aminos, soba noodles, edamame, cucumbers, rice vinegar, green onions, chili oil
Dinner: I combined both of these recipes

I recently discovered a method for making the pancakes more fluffy! It's by making some form of buttermilk that reacts with baking soda. Just simply take your plant milk and add a tablespoon of some kind of acid (for me it's mostly lemon juice) and wait 10 mins before assembling with other ingredients :) Bon appetit!

to make your pancakes more fluffy and airy, you could try adding whipped egg whites similarly to how you’d make ‘japanese soufflé pancakes’

I LOVE the way you cook alia - so full of flavour and still creating beautiful dishes but with super satisfying foods. It's the way I love to cook too, but my habits definitely took a plunge towards the end of last year...heres to 2024 being all for flavour and nourishment and movement and happiness 🥂

I added chicken salt to it and it was actually really good!!

absolutly love this video- for the chocolate pancakes for brunch, to make them fluffier you could separate the eggs and whip the egg whites to stiff peaks and then fold them in to the rest of the batter, should make them super tall and fluffy

For your pancakes, try seperating the eggs from the batter you put in the blender. Whisk the eggs whites until stiff and fold into the batter. Quite like those souffle pancakes. You need to add water in the pan when you put the lid on to took, pro tip. Love the old scholl classic vids. Thanks for uploading 😊

Hey Alia! You can add whisked egg whites (separately whisked- to the pancakes to make them more fluffy :)
Try add "shiro dashi" in your cold soba or poke! It's basically a dashi stock with some flavor (shoyu, soma sweetness etc) and it just gives SO much umami and flavor feels so much more complete :) (Add that with some water since normally it's concentrated, read the instruction on the bottle✌)

to activate the baking soda, you could try adding some drops of lemon juice. it should make the pancakes more fluffy :) great vid, we enjoy the same type of food (savory, chili, saucy) so its always good to see how you play around with ingredients

I am intrigued by the cottage cheese and eggs scramble combo- I am NOT a cottage cheese person, but could be tempted by this and I like the protein aspect to it. 😊
Alia! Add some Greek yogurt and Xantham gum to the protein pancakes this helps mine come out fluffy and I don't add oats to it because the Greek yogurt has a tons of protein. For a sweet taste & tooth add semi sweet chocolate chips. This pairs deliciously. I make these when I'm too lazy to make myself dinner and with 3 I'm really full.

i was inspired, thank you! If you want to get the pancakes more fluffy, add cottage cheese after mixing it. Just stir it up in the bowl before baking. You don't taste the cheese, just the fluffiness and creaminess 🙂
