Why You're Not Reaching Your Goals & How to Get What you Want

There's no secret to success. However, there are some things you can do beyond hard work, to increase your chances of reaching your BIG goals.
1. Beliefs, what you believe to be true happens for you. So....What do you believe about your chances for success?
2. Action, taking action is key to your success but so is saying "NO"
No is a complete sentence and learning what to say no to will help elevate the important things in your life. When you do this, watch the unimportant things start to fall away.
3. Following your inner guidance is key to achieving BIG success in a short period of time.
4. Stay focused. On average, people are only able to focus for 5 seconds while goldfish focus for 6 seconds. Learn to focus better by working in Power Segments.
Power Segments are time frames lasting from 15-90 minutes. Uninterrupted, no distractions, computer browsers closed, phone off, door shut...get focused.
5. Be discerning about what to say yes to.
6. Take guided action by following your intuition/gut feelings. Powerful yet often overlooked.
7. Eliminate brain fog. The food in your gut is what feeds your brain, perhaps a cleanse, intermittent fasting, cutting out sugar is in order for you?
8. Increase your knowledge: read books, take courses and hire a mentor in the areas that interest you.
9. Be generous with your money and stingy with your time, not the other way around.
