    I was about to start going to Chiropractors. I was so worried. I have had an L4 Lumber herniation and low back pain from basketball injuries for years. I thought there was no other option.     I put my hands up on the wall and then proceeded to bend my mid body all the way forward and felt a pop, instant relief, but I'm not a doctor just saying it work for me, this guy is amazing

    THIS is what I call an approximate Serendipitous Synchronicity: I have been motivated by yourself and the 629 videos (in 29 folders) of yours I've downloaded, to explore new and different ways to attack, confront, and address pain in my body and the bodies of my associates.
    I discovered what I call the "slow dancing rotator cuff" {you have all the rest of the kool names for your movements ^__^ } which is setup like what you're doing here, difference being the door is open, my body is close to the threshold, my arms fully extended above me and crossed alternatively at the wrist, and I gently sway side to side like a slow dance, whilst keeping my arms in the fixed position as much as possible. I have only gone to my comfort level :D >__<
    The relief and healing I've gotten from this is AMAZING and it's all inspired by "Dr. Rowe in St. Josephs, Michigan[!!!]"

    @DrRowe what can i do for a muscle i hurt a while back. It’s located on my lower right side, I think its the QL, not sure. Anyway, I was lifting something and it pulled or teared, not sure. But every day i have pain, and no matter what I do nothing works, please help. Thanks
