- Mojo Story's Nazia reports from a new wing of Goa Medical College & Hospital. This new building which is partially functional as of now, is the speciality unit opened exclusively to treat COVID patients. Despite being a new building, the services inside are abysmal. We talked to some of the people who are witness of the failing state infrastructure inside this hospital. They recounted the horror at the COVID hospital which they and their relatives who were admitted in the hospital went through.

Goa mae condition bahut kharab hai, jabki Goa adds so much to economy. Dean of this hospital accepted the deaths in front of high court as well. Also now a new rule has been set that noone will do photography or take videos near or inside hospital. So what is this?

She got one son who is with her all the tme even for her father's funeral I had seen him.

Good Report and Thanks for Reporting. Situation is really grim all over the country. Poor health infrastructure, lack of proper public health alerting system & too much overconfidence are ingredients of recipe for this disaster.
Pandemic situation in Goa seems to be quite grim
Has anyone noticed that even when pandemic is raging, authorities who are not able to give even basic food or medicine or even a toilet is very strict with regard to hospital timings , outdated rules, and many more shity rules. This is the situation pan India.

No mismanagement. Just simple collapse of underfunded and lacking medical infrastructure in India.
Water is dripping in ICU , don't allow food inside , patients on the floor , non functional toilets and you call no mismanagement.

Some 30 years back despite being a student from Arts faculty I was in the delegation of Goa Association of Resident Doctors GARD who met then VC of Goa University for CT scan Machine first installation in GMC than Magnetic Resonance Imaging.Dr Vivek Chitre who is Uk do something .As a GARD president then he tried well to streamline the system.May Bamboleshwar help.

Just putting bed in a building is not called hospital. There should be proper facilities, doctors, nurses, proper sanitary facilities, cleanliness. People go to hospital and fall more sick and get infected these days. That is the tragedy.
