  • Someone asked how to get the treat top portion off of the base, so here is a super rough quickly shot video of how to get to the bolts and wires you need to take apart

Great video, thanks for the quick tutorial. Keep up the good work! I’m not paying $176 to have it disassemble and another $176 to reassemble.

Thanks for the video. Waited on hold with Peloton waiting for them to have the pleasure of me calling to give them money to move. While waiting found your video and in 6 minutes it was taken apart and moved so flooring could be replaced. Thanks for the tips/easy to understand video. A+

Thanks for the video! It’s perfect! Having to move right now, and this is super helpful.
Haha, my guys didn’t install the inside bolts. Only 4 per side, not 6. Oh well.
    Thanks again dude!

Right on! Might be good to take a bolt to the hardware store and grab 4 more to get them all in there. Cheers

For the hex/Allen bolts, do you recall the size Allen key you needed?

Do you know what kind of cable is in the touchscreen? I lost mine in a move and can not find it online

Sorry, I didn’t realize the touch screen cable could even get lost, it is in the frame, it isn’t like the power cord that goes to the base of the tread . Good luck finding it. If you take photos of the area I may be able to help. Are you sure it isn’t tucked into the mounting area somewhere?

What size are the bolts to attach the screen? I'm having trouble locating mine after a move.

I don’t recall… but if you have any leftover bolts from putting a tv wall mount up there are generally several different size and thread patterns in there that you can use to figure out what you need. Sorry I don’t have that info for you.

Ok. Got the touchscreen cable. Now my incline isn’t working correctly. On permanent incline when it says it’s 0% It’s at about 4-5%. Help!

Other than doing a full factory reset and recalibrating I don’t really have any ideas on how to fix that
