- This video describes how to assemble a Peloton Treadmill, thus showing the steps needed to disassemble, should you need to move your treadmill to a new location. For example a Military family moving due to a PCS.
This a fantastic video. Very clear, thorough, and leaves nothing to interpretation. Much appreciated. I've had my base replaced 4 times and delivery/assembly error was to blame for each issue. I instructed the drivers to leave the boxes in my gym so I could assembly correctly myself. This video allowed me to do just that.

XPO delivered and assembled my tread. But there's a plug thats coming from my monitor. They had it plugged in to an outlet. My monitor would constantly flicker. I read that it wasn't suppose to be plugged in as it's a backup plug for monitor. I unplugged from outlet and it works fine. Looking at this video I now know I can unsnap back cover and remove it from monitor. It never should have been plugged in anyway.
How long is the power cord?
@williammykins7202 Can you please do a updated version of this video to include the safety guard? RXO delivered my Tread + today and they definitely did not install correctly. The Tread will only turn on. When trying to calibrate knobs turn & nothing happens.

Is there a way to tighten the slats or “belt”? I just had a new base installed on warranty and the slat assembly slips while even just walking at a 2.0

Why are there no videos on disassembly anywhere?
I am moving next month and I'm really worried about moving my Tread. Do I leave it to the moving company to move it, or can we pay the same people that delivered and set it up, to move it?
I'm in the same boat and found this support.onepeloton.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031943892-Relocating-Your-Peloton-Tread- with what the thing costs, they should do this for free.
@@Shhusify I agree. I did call them earlier today and I'm not in an area where they'll do it. And all they do is disassemble and reassemble. For $175 they should move it too! I'm going to see if our moving Co will take off the screen, arms, and rails all as one piece. Less to have to put back together.

The monitor gets power thru the machine. They should state that more clearly.
now if there could just be a video on the TREAD, not the tread +, which hasn't sold for years....
The guys who assembled mine assembled the elbow cover stupid on one side and now I'm afraid that if I try to pry it off myself and reattach it that something is going to get all fucked up with the entire thing since it was put entirely together. Can I safely snap it off and snap it back on again without something terrible happening?
I watched them take it off today. Yes. It's unnerving though.
