Can we just talk about how the actual antagonist of the movie is that ungrateful son of theirs?

Diane Weist and Catherine O'Hara should have a supercut of them saying, "Kevin" in many different exasperated ways.

There is a brief kiss between Armand and Albert. When Albert gets home from shopping and they are all in the kitchen, he goes and kisses Armond and he says, “oh! That beard!” 😂❤️

At the age of 6, I did not have the emotional capacity to understand what was going on in this movie but my older straight brother said I would love it....it all makes sense now. #FamilyKnows

Okay I know this review is at least 4 years old but I just re watched The Birdcage recently and I just now re watched your review and I have to agree with it I love this movie and it's one that you can go to no matter where it's at in and watch . My favorite part is with Nathan Lane in the morning walking through the marketplace waving to people and order the cake for his little piglet. That just one and this movie is filled with those .... And it is tragic not to have Robin Williams in this world anymore.

Great review! I first saw this movie in the theater when I was 12. Loved it! I didn't know at the time what gay was but I remember thinking that two men being together was fabulous and should be a thing. Lol I even wanted to go to college in Miami just so I could go to wonderful drag shows like in the movie.

Totally on-board for you you guys to reteo-review The Producers, but I feel the only way to do it justice is if you review both the original and remake in the same video! Like a Mummy 1 + 2 review, but with The Producers!

I discovered this movie like 5 years ago when I was in High School. I remember it was on HBO or one of those channels, and instead of watching it right then and there I found out the time it would be on when my parents were asleep so I could watch it free and clear. AND OMG this is the best movie ever. Im still not 'completely' out so a work in progress. But movies like this are what made me feel acceptable. I also read that people are thinking this movie is offensive. All i have to say is listen hear bitch...everything is going to offend someone. Let's be grownups and not care. Gay culture is amazing and if people want to copy it that is just better for us. Also I found if someone asked for my deserted island movies this would be one of them. Seriously. Every new time I watch I find something new and better that I love.
