What I always found comfortable during my trial with anxiety is that everybody has it in some form and you’re not alone. Satan’s lies have absolutely no power in your life at all as long as you don’t give him any. These irrational fears that you have you can worry about all you want but no matter what they’re still lies and have no power over you.
I’ve been struggling with this and also failing to pass this test every time. I’ve been in the desert or God’s “school” for 5 years now and I know I’m so close to getting out but I’ve become like the Israelites in the desert when they started “doubting” saying “Egypt was better, it had better food and we’re stuck in the desert” and the devil comes to attack my mind with “wow you could have made something of yourself, but no you decided to trust in the Lord and wait and now you are nothing, His promises to you won’t be fulfilled” I know these are lies but every time I get the slightest bit upset.. I know I failed the test. Every time he comes to me with doubt I have to be thankful for God’s schooling and for the desert because I wouldn’t have been shaped and molded by God and wouldn’t be armored with the armor of God or be adorned with the fruit of the Holy Spirit. I know God has work in the field for me...but this doubt that comes to me wins sometimes!!! And it sets me back!!! Just like every time the Israelites murmured, it set them a year back. Lord please help me pass this test
Keep waiting on the Lord my friends; He is faithful and surely works everything for the good of His children. Whenever you are downcast and feel upset, that doesn't necessarily mean you failed a test. King David was upset many times as we see in the Psalms, but God included those writings in the Bible. Whenever you are sad or upset, I encourage you to tell God about it completely; be completely honest. He already knows how you feel, but He is pleased when you speak to Him honestly and vulnerably. Don't give up, but hang onto His promises because they are true. And don't believe that blatant lie from the enemy. Those who "make something of themselves" and refuse to trust in God will lose their lives, but those who trust in the Lord will find life. You have made the right decision. No Christian that has waited on God till the end has ever regretted it. Isaiah 40:31 "but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
@Aaron Kim you are right, we may fail and not always be faithful but God is always faithful. And we didn’t lose our life, we found it. Thank you for the reminder and encouragement. He always restores and even if he doesn’t, we will worship him still. Like Daniel and his friends said “Even if he doesn’t save us from the fire, we will still worship God” i have yet to still learn a couple more things before I am tested in the fire (hopefully I come out gold) and then I’m out of the desert and on to the work field. But until then I pray I wait patiently and be an overcomer and know that everything works out for my own good. God bless you and your ministry. ❤️
Your videos are so helpful. It's always good to hear these things again as a reminder of it. I can honestly say I no longer listen to those thoughts. It becomes a habit. I have found that saying "it is written" and quote scriptures against the lies the voices give up and go away. I haven't heard voices in awhile. Demons hate God's truth. I really don't think they should just be ignored. And also repentance is also necessary. Otherwise the enemy will use it against you. Thank you for trying to bring forth God's word. Submit to God resist the devil and he will flee.

Thanks for your sharing, I also found this on how to deal with Anxiety. 1. Have a thankful heart Thankful for the past. A thankful person cannot be anxious Sets you up for the future 2. Let your request be made to God the Father. Spoken request. Surrendering it to God the Father. Say it out loud to God This mean speak raw, everything bothering you. When you are anxious the kingdom of God is no more first in your world. Your own needs will be first. 3. Meditate on what's Good. Think on what's Good. Lovely of Good report. 4. Physical harmony with physical body (make sure your body is also rested. Sometimes we are anxious and think bad thoughts cause we are not rested. I pray this blesses you. In Jesus name Amen

I like the part you say that we dont have to rebuke them all. I have found myself exhausted in the past from trying to force or rebuke them. But my struggle is that I am struggling with fear of the thoughts and they cause me to tense and brace and I end up in a cycle of struggling with fear and fear of fear
I'm so thankful for this. I was having condemnation over my thoughts and I was rebuking every single one and it was doing nothing but making it worse. It was making me feel so crappy and hopeless.

What ever thought I get, I should discern whether or not I can hold it up & praise Jesus with it.. If I cannot do that, then those thoughts are evil and has other motives outside of Gods plan for my life. Truth, nobility, Rightfulness and other uplifting thoughts only seem to present themselves when I can seem to be trusted with the little things, like all the world takes for granted like switching off the TV when they use Jesus name as a swear word.. etc Righteousness, peace and joy seems to always stem from Jesus. Its a wonderful place to be. Anything that's found to not correlate vexes me hard and I tend to focus on my pain big time. Aaron your sharing is solid man, spent all night thinking about a number of things you said.. I'm so lonely and nobody to challenge me, stumbled across this channel when I was googling pain relief. I backslid so bad, I nearly lost it..

Thanks Aaron, I know I am almost through this, VICTORY is not far, I had two massive panic attacks in a week, never before so intense, but once out of it I could then see clearly again through the Lords eyes and through his Holy Spirit living on the inside of me. On another day I could feel fear arising again and immediately spoke out the Lords words that I had written and kept on speaking them until the fear dissipated (this took 5 minutes). I think the trick is to catch the thought the minute you recognize it and cast it down. As our faith grows through this trial it becomes a Shield to the flaming arrows until it is no more......

I heard our thoughts described as boats on the surface of a river. Most of them can just pass by above us, in one ear and out the other so to speak. It’s when we swim up and get into the boat that a thought can take hold. So many voices these days it’s important to filter out the junk and let it just pass by. So, using the momentum of the thought to let it pass by, can be easier than trying to resist it with our own strength. Then we can let in the thoughts that God gives.

Thank you brother Aaron, Ive been having weird thoughts about not doing whats right, or it over complicates the understanding of what I have to do daily for God like with my Faith/Works, or it stacks up more stuff for me which overwhelms me and it just over complicates my understanding of Salvation, it overwhelms me to the point where I feel that Ima go crazy and I fear to even open the Bible, to not over complicate the more things I read or overthink, I didnt even suffer w/ this weeks ago and I truly do understand the Gospel, if anyone's going through this please let me know , I feel hopeless but I will ignore it, God Almighty will strengthen me, and protect me under his divine protection, Jesus is my firm foundation and rock which I stand on!!
I recommend you ask and rely on the Holy Spirit to give you discernment as you read the Bible. Just never let anything prevent you from regularly reading the Bible, as that is what the devil wants. Confusion is never from God. So, ignore the crippling kinds of confusion, and stick to the fundamental truths made known to us in the Bible.

Hey Aaron! I struggle with thoughts of “what if’s” Like what if you did this or did that and it’s usually bad things. And when I get those “what if “ thoughts I get this urge of I need to figure it out and find out what it means and I need to deal with them now...etc. Because some situations turned out to be true in a way and it’s like okay if this was blurry at first and then it turned out to be true then this has to be the same...etc .And I’ll spend hours or even days in constant torture and fear of the possibilities. And it got to a point where I’ve accepted many things that I don’t even know if it’s true or not , just to stop the “fear or anxiety” but then I’ll carry this guilt and deep down I don’t even know if it’s true or not . I’m constantly tormented of what if my thoughts are true and a lot of my thoughts sound familiar to me like that’s why I get hooked by it cause it’s like “wow I remember that so maybe that did happen cause this sounds so familiar to me “and I also confuse real memories and crazy thoughts. And I struggle to know what is true or not and I’m constantly in confusion. And I know when God shows you something you did in your past it’s usually really clear cause he’s not a God of confusion. But it’s the thing about “what if’s” like what if this is Gods way of showing me things because God works different with everyone or this stuff is too horrible I need to deal with it. Or I need to find out so I can ask God for forgiveness because if I don’t know or ask God forgiveness because that is a pending situation it can be dangerous and you won’t be protected by God. And it’s just constant because some thoughts of my past can be real but it’s not clear and it gives me major anxiety,depression,desperation,hopelessness...the list goes on. How do I deal with it? A lot of people tell me oh it’s lies of the enemy but what if it isn’t lies idk how to explain it. Like aren’t lies of the enemy things that aren’t existent. But what if it’s things that are real? Or somewhat real? idk if you understand what I’m saying. And I get afraid of if it’s real what my future would be and I get afraid. Hi Helen, your friends are correct in saying the "what ifs" that cause ungodly fear are from the enemy. Whether those "what ifs" are legitimate or not, every fear, apart from the fear of God, is a lie. Only focus on the current day. God's grace is sufficient for you right now. You cannot have His grace for tomorrow today. And realize this: if something does actually happen that does not seem good to you, God promises us in Romans 8:28 that He uses all things for the good of His children. You cannot fail if you place your trust in God alone. Instead of worrying about all your "what ifs," you need to focus on surrendering and trusting in God; regardless of the uncertainties. My son lives with us. He is 37. He has anxiety, OCD, fears that keep him from functioning. He does not want to wash himself or touch himself. I wash his face daily due to build up in eyes and face. He stopped work 5 years ago because of this repeating actions over and over due to anxiety. He went to doctor for a year four year's ago and weaned himself off medicine and she said he would have to see a psychiatrist but he did not wish to and we certainly wanted him off meds and not seeing a doctor and so were glad God stopped him from going that route though at times he wishes he could take something natural we have not encouraged this. We have trusted only His Word for 40 years for our health and understand faith. He has had horrible suicidal thoughts recently and it has been draining on us. We have rebuked fear spirits ourselves through deliverance and then ongoing rebuking of fear and mind control insane spirits, gone over teachings, prayed the last five years, yet he is trapped and gets angry as he says it has gone on since a young person getting worse as time has gone on and that it doesn't work. He has questioned God and his salvation. We try to get him to cast imaginations down and he says he can't and that the thoughts or activity is always there like another entity running on its own. We just provoke him to get him to try and he is angry and does not believe anything works. He sits here all day except for a ride with my husband at night. He still watches some Christian programs on youtube. He says he does not want to live or get up any longer. He needs to talk to someone. He has never felt accepted and we did go over God's love a time ago. Help.
I’m sorry to hear of the pain and suffering of your son, your husband, and yourself. None of it is in vain if you belong to Jesus, so remember this fact no matter the circumstances. Your son has been in spiritual warfare, and I thank God he has not given up. He must learn to fight the enemy and win, and that is by submitting to God and resisting the devil. I encourage your son to read the book Bondage Breaker, by Neil Anderson. Also, I encourage him to receive counseling from Steps to Freedom in Christ ministries; that is where Neil Anderson serves. My son says he is angry and says he has given up and feels like has lost meaning and he is in physical and mental pain, but we are believing for God to intervene in our weakness. Need prayer Satan has been defeating me with anxiety everyday. I am getting married and very happy God revealed and approved of our relationship. Were getting married April 7th. I've been having irrational fears all day. I ask my fiance are you leaving me I feel so bad when I do. He shows me so much grace always responds everything will be okay trust in God. @zack You are not going crazy!. That's a lie of the devil. I was there once. Rebuke that lie in the name of Jesus. God has not given you a spirit of fear but of power, love and a SOUND MIND.
Appreciate your ministry to so many who struggle with various mental conditions of mind & soul (myself included). I encourage you to look further into 2Cor 10 which is speaking against the Greek & pagan philosophies “vain speculations” and how the gospel rebuts them. It really does not directly speak to a believers individual mental struggles. Certainly there are other scriptures that do (Philippians “whatever is true..etc.). Gods best to you!

Some of my fears aren’t completely irrational. They are based on difficult situations. What I do is jump to negative conclusions and become even more hopeless and despondent. I need to learn to take my thoughts captive.
I remember I would always accept Christ after I truly accepted him and was really saved and at some point the Lord, God himself rebuked me and said, "What John? Was the blood of my precious Son Jesus Christ not good and strong enough the first time?" And he left it at that and I never tried to accept him again, instead I ask for forgiveness for sins, both known and unknown sincerely and thank him for his grace and for my salvation. Just a word I believe from the Lord for someone. Just know, his blood worked the first time! Let me ask you brothers and sisters the same question God asked me. How many times did you see his apostles say a sinners prayer over and over throughout the letters and the gospels? They didn't. Even in doubt they believed, even in shame, they had faith because they remembered the truth of his word and so shall you too remember says the Lord. 📖Romans 6:10 "The death he died, he died to sin once for all; but the life he lives, he lives to God."

Joshua, I prayed for you that you would finally let go completely and surrender your existence to Jesus alone. You feeling like this is a blessing because it enables you to come to total surrender. The power you need is in surrendering your all to Jesus. When you forfeit your life to Jesus and let Him do as He pleases with it, you are free. I doubt if I’m already saved sometimes too. I’ve been a reborn Christian since August 2020 but I’m not baptized yet because of the on-going pandemic. Is baptism a requirement for salvation?
Hi Kim, no, I do not believe baptism is a requirement for salvation. I think of the thief on the cross who was saved, but likely was not baptized. However, it is good to get baptized when you can since we were commanded to do so. God bless you.
hey Aaron i’m 20 years old and i began to feel like i’m under spiritual attack and as i get closer to God , and my faith grows towards him i Get stronger faithfully but i feel like the enemy is clinching on to me and messing with my head , thoughts i never had before i know Gods getting me through a trial , it’s so hard but i have faith i feel so overwhelmed but i know he’s with me , but these thoughts over whelm me so much , also i’ve been waking up everynight at 3am and i sweat moderately thru the night , it so hard Aaron , really hard because i feel like i’m 50/50 in my body it’s not me , i’ve always believed in God and jesus but never followed and the lord is my comfort but there’s times when the enemy doesn’t let go ? do you think God has me going through a trial ?

Aaron Kim brother i appreciate you so much , i mean it from the bottom of my heart , i’ve been on this trial for nearly 3 weeks already it’s like throughout the day it’s like up n downs devil really is trying his best to bring me down and confuse me, it all started from a night i drank and next morning bam was out of my body and the Lord gave me a vision i was in danger from energy drinks intoxication , and i’m so grateful it’s like the enemy wanted me gone and Lord is so almight and loving that he making me go through this process because he saw me slipping away in life , it’s Hard what i’m growing through but i know no matter what God is in control ❤️and jesus died for us and as our Lord and savior ! i can do all things through christ who strengthens me !
I didn’t have any unusual difficulties in remembering Scripture, but I encourage you to have Scripture verses on your phone to study whenever you need it. Also, practice memorizing very helpful Scripture verses.

Hello, I would say bad “what if” thoughts are likely from the enemy. Rebuking those thoughts every time they come is good. However, as you get better at recognizing them and rebuking them, you will no longer need to rebuke them but you will be able to ignore them. It is possible the Lord could block all these types of temptations for you, but it is more likely in my opinion that He may allow you to be tested for your equipping and good.

Im in the same boat. Have severe food allergies, down to only a few foods left, even those bring me terrible bodily afflictions. I am calling on the Father through the Lord Jesus to get me through. I have been dwelling on these terrible thoughts and I need to bring them to Christ.
Jenna and Joseph, I prayed for you both. Regarding you question on how to treat rational fears, you treat them exactly the same as you would irrational fears. I specifically mentioned irrational fears in this video because many do not know you treat irrational fears the same was as you would rational ones. You must practice warfare like I talked about in this video and the video on Overcoming Anxiety, but you must also come to full surrender before Jesus like I talk about in the video Total Surrender. Your worries about your future are not yours to worry about; you must surrender your present and future to Jesus; for Him to do as He pleases with your lives. He knows what is best for you both, so just let Him do as He pleases. Let go. Just sit on the passenger side seat and let Jesus take control of your life. Whatever comes your way, it comes with a good purpose. Submit to God and resist the devil. God bless you friends.
@@aaronkim1074 lol ..... im actually laughing at myself because I only recently started and I'm already wondering why my heart is still fluttering and my knees are still weak. So it will take time. I'm now at a point where for the past two nights I cant sleep in my bed for fear. But I will get a few hours on the sofa. Any advice........ these fears are so real. Keep waiting on the Lord my friends; He is faithful and surely works everything for the good of His children. Whenever you are downcast and feel upset, that doesn't necessarily mean you failed a test. King David was upset many times as we see in the Psalms, but God included those writings in the Bible. Whenever you are sad or upset, I encourage you to tell God about it completely; be completely honest. He already knows how you feel, but He is pleased when you speak to Him honestly and vulnerably. Don't give up, but hang onto His promises because they are true. And don't believe that blatant lie from the enemy. Those who "make something of themselves" and refuse to trust in God will lose their lives, but those who trust in the Lord will find life. You have made the right decision. No Christian that has waited on God till the end has ever regretted it.
Isaiah 40:31 "but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

@Aaron Kim you are right, we may fail and not always be faithful but God is always faithful. And we didn’t lose our life, we found it. Thank you for the reminder and encouragement. He always restores and even if he doesn’t, we will worship him still. Like Daniel and his friends said “Even if he doesn’t save us from the fire, we will still worship God” i have yet to still learn a couple more things before I am tested in the fire (hopefully I come out gold) and then I’m out of the desert and on to the work field. I have found that saying "it is written" and quote scriptures against the lies the voices give up and go away. I haven't heard voices in awhile. Demons hate God's truth. I really don't think they should just be ignored. And also repentance is also necessary. Otherwise the enemy will use it against you. Thank you for trying to bring forth God's word. Submit to God resist the devil and he will flee.

Sets you up for the future
2. Let your request be made to God the Father.
Spoken request.
Surrendering it to God the Father.
Say it out loud to God
This mean speak raw, everything bothering you.
When you are anxious the kingdom of God is no more first in your world. Your own needs will be first.
3. Meditate on what's Good. Think on what's Good. Lovely of Good report.
4. Physical harmony with physical body (make sure your body is also rested. Sometimes we are anxious and think bad thoughts cause we are not rested.

I like the part you say that we dont have to rebuke them all. I have found myself exhausted in the past from trying to force or rebuke them. But my struggle is that I am struggling with fear of the thoughts and they cause me to tense and brace and I end up in a cycle of struggling with fear and fear of fear

Thanks Aaron, I know I am almost through this, VICTORY is not far, I had two massive panic attacks in a week, never before so intense, but once out of it I could then see clearly again through the Lords eyes and through his Holy Spirit living on the inside of me. On another day I could feel fear arising again and immediately spoke out the Lords words that I had written and kept on speaking them until the fear dissipated (this took 5 minutes). I think the trick is to catch the thought the minute you recognize it and cast it down. As our faith grows through this trial it becomes a Shield to the flaming arrows until it is no more......

I heard our thoughts described as boats on the surface of a river. Most of them can just pass by above us, in one ear and out the other so to speak. It’s when we swim up and get into the boat that a thought can take hold. So many voices these days it’s important to filter out the junk and let it just pass by. So, using the momentum of the thought to let it pass by, can be easier than trying to resist it with our own strength. Then we can let in the thoughts that God gives.

I recommend you ask and rely on the Holy Spirit to give you discernment as you read the Bible. Just never let anything prevent you from regularly reading the Bible, as that is what the devil wants. Confusion is never from God. So, ignore the crippling kinds of confusion, and stick to the fundamental truths made known to us in the Bible.

Hey Aaron! I struggle with thoughts of “what if’s” Like what if you did this or did that and it’s usually bad things. And when I get those “what if “ thoughts I get this urge of I need to figure it out and find out what it means and I need to deal with them now...etc. Because some situations turned out to be true in a way and it’s like okay if this was blurry at first and then it turned out to be true then this has to be the same...etc .And I’ll spend hours or even days in constant torture and fear of the possibilities. And it got to a point where I’ve accepted many things that I don’t even know if it’s true or not , just to stop the “fear or anxiety” but then I’ll carry this guilt and deep down I don’t even know if it’s true or not . I’m constantly tormented of what if my thoughts are true and a lot of my thoughts sound familiar to me like that’s why I get hooked by it cause it’s like “wow I remember that so maybe that did happen cause this sounds so familiar to me “and I also confuse real memories and crazy thoughts. And I struggle to know what is true or not and I’m constantly in confusion. And I know when God shows you something you did in your past it’s usually really clear cause he’s not a God of confusion. But it’s the thing about “what if’s” like what if this is Gods way of showing me things because God works different with everyone or this stuff is too horrible I need to deal with it. Or I need to find out so I can ask God for forgiveness because if I don’t know or ask God forgiveness because that is a pending situation it can be dangerous and you won’t be protected by God. And it’s just constant because some thoughts of my past can be real but it’s not clear and it gives me major anxiety,depression,desperation,hopelessness...the list goes on. How do I deal with it? A lot of people tell me oh it’s lies of the enemy but what if it isn’t lies idk how to explain it. Like aren’t lies of the enemy things that aren’t existent. But what if it’s things that are real? Or somewhat real? idk if you understand what I’m saying. And I get afraid of if it’s real what my future would be and I get afraid. Hi Helen, your friends are correct in saying the "what ifs" that cause ungodly fear are from the enemy. Whether those "what ifs" are legitimate or not, every fear, apart from the fear of God, is a lie. Only focus on the current day. God's grace is sufficient for you right now. You cannot have His grace for tomorrow today. And realize this: if something does actually happen that does not seem good to you, God promises us in Romans 8:28 that He uses all things for the good of His children. You cannot fail if you place your trust in God alone. Instead of worrying about all your "what ifs," you need to focus on surrendering and trusting in God; regardless of the uncertainties. My son lives with us. He is 37. He has anxiety, OCD, fears that keep him from functioning. He does not want to wash himself or touch himself. I wash his face daily due to build up in eyes and face. He stopped work 5 years ago because of this repeating actions over and over due to anxiety. He went to doctor for a year four year's ago and weaned himself off medicine and she said he would have to see a psychiatrist but he did not wish to and we certainly wanted him off meds and not seeing a doctor and so were glad God stopped him from going that route though at times he wishes he could take something natural we have not encouraged this. We have trusted only His Word for 40 years for our health and understand faith. He has had horrible suicidal thoughts recently and it has been draining on us. We have rebuked fear spirits ourselves through deliverance and then ongoing rebuking of fear and mind control insane spirits, gone over teachings, prayed the last five years, yet he is trapped and gets angry as he says it has gone on since a young person getting worse as time has gone on and that it doesn't work. He has questioned God and his salvation. We try to get him to cast imaginations down and he says he can't and that the thoughts or activity is always there like another entity running on its own. We just provoke him to get him to try and he is angry and does not believe anything works. He sits here all day except for a ride with my husband at night. He still watches some Christian programs on youtube. He says he does not want to live or get up any longer. He needs to talk to someone. He has never felt accepted and we did go over God's love a time ago. Help.
I’m sorry to hear of the pain and suffering of your son, your husband, and yourself. None of it is in vain if you belong to Jesus, so remember this fact no matter the circumstances. Your son has been in spiritual warfare, and I thank God he has not given up. He must learn to fight the enemy and win, and that is by submitting to God and resisting the devil. I encourage your son to read the book Bondage Breaker, by Neil Anderson. Also, I encourage him to receive counseling from Steps to Freedom in Christ ministries; that is where Neil Anderson serves. Need prayer Satan has been defeating me with anxiety everyday. I am getting married and very happy God revealed and approved of our relationship. Were getting married April 7th. Appreciate your ministry to so many who struggle with various mental conditions of mind & soul (myself included). I encourage you to look further into 2Cor 10 which is speaking against the Greek & pagan philosophies “vain speculations” and how the gospel rebuts them. It really does not directly speak to a believers individual mental struggles. Certainly there are other scriptures that do (Philippians “whatever is true..etc.). Gods best to you!

I remember I would always accept Christ after I truly accepted him and was really saved and at some point the Lord, God himself rebuked me and said, "What John? Was the blood of my precious Son Jesus Christ not good and strong enough the first time?" And he left it at that and I never tried to accept him again, instead I ask for forgiveness for sins, both known and unknown sincerely and thank him for his grace and for my salvation. Just a word I believe from the Lord for someone. Just know, his blood worked the first time!
Let me ask you brothers and sisters the same question God asked me. How many times did you see his apostles say a sinners prayer over and over throughout the letters and the gospels? They didn't. Even in doubt they believed, even in shame, they had faith because they remembered the truth of his word and so shall you too remember says the Lord.

Hi Kim, no, I do not believe baptism is a requirement for salvation. I think of the thief on the cross who was saved, but likely was not baptized. However, it is good to get baptized when you can since we were commanded to do so. God bless you.

I didn’t have any unusual difficulties in remembering Scripture, but I encourage you to have Scripture verses on your phone to study whenever you need it. Also, practice memorizing very helpful Scripture verses.

Hello, I would say bad “what if” thoughts are likely from the enemy. Rebuking those thoughts every time they come is good. However, as you get better at recognizing them and rebuking them, you will no longer need to rebuke them but you will be able to ignore them.
It is possible the Lord could block all these types of temptations for you, but it is more likely in my opinion that He may allow you to be tested for your equipping and good.

You can think about things other than you fears; however I find it especially helpful when you divert your thoughts to God's promises and truths.

I specifically mentioned irrational fears in this video because many do not know you treat irrational fears the same was as you would rational ones. You must practice warfare like I talked about in this video and the video on Overcoming Anxiety, but you must also come to full surrender before Jesus like I talk about in the video Total Surrender. Your worries about your future are not yours to worry about; you must surrender your present and future to Jesus; for Him to do as He pleases with your lives. He knows what is best for you both, so just let Him do as He pleases. Let go. Just sit on the passenger side seat and let Jesus take control of your life. Whatever comes your way, it comes with a good purpose. Submit to God and resist the devil. God bless you friends.

How long did this process take you when you started taking your thoughts captive
It took about 3 months.
@@aaronkim1074 lol ..... im actually laughing at myself because I only recently started and I'm already wondering why my heart is still fluttering and my knees are still weak. So it will take time. I'm now at a point where for the past two nights I cant sleep in my bed for fear. But I will get a few hours on the sofa. Any advice........ these fears are so real. One more thing I was trying to get you on fb but there are so many similar names that I got lost.
As long as you place your trust in Jesus, everything will be more than fine. The period of time is different for everyone, so don’t worry about the timing. Just know God chooses them perfect timing for His children. Regarding my Facebook, trying searching for Aaron J Kim. God bless.
