    • @nbarnes6225
      @nbarnes6225 27 днів тому +1

      Memory and truth have nothing to do with each other. I'm not saying this particular woman is guilty or not, I'm just saying that there is overwhelming scientific evidence that memory can be affected by a number of factors like trauma, stress, age, disease, or even nutrition and dehydration. People tell the same story in different ways all the time even when they aren't under the stress of being interviewed by the police. It doesn't mean you're lying...it just means you forgot a detail at one point and remembered it at a different point. If you read any study about memory or memory and trauma, you'd see just how fragile memory can be and how very little it directly connects with truth.

      Yes, their grandmother did the right thing in getting all 5 there for the final verdict particularly as they are aged 13 - 17 so old enough to know what is going on. I hope they are doing okay and have aunts and uncles who can help too and may the children's nanny has stayed with the family to give some continuity.

    Hearing that alternate juror say he was on the fence until he heard the closing argument, really makes me scared for our justice system.

    Coming to america, catching an attractive man loaded with money, of course you need to get rid of wife in order to take her spot. As old as time!!! It is so obvious.... And the husband is such a jurk, what a little man he was to not be able to face the cosequences of his acts, coward!! Poor children and poor family!!

      Loaded with money????...he wouldn't have had a dollar except for his wife's wonderful family.....they paid the mortgage for the house that he lay his miserable head in....and started a building business with their money that he wasn't even able to be successful at.....and had the gaul to move that piece of work into a house financed by the woman he butchered to death....

    The jury really came to the only conclusion they could. They had to take into account the unusual fires, video of them tossing out bloody evidence, changing her story in the police interviews (her grasp of English seemed perfectly fine to me so the language barrier argument is a moot point), answering his phone to create alibi for him, her taking the keys to the truck which later proved to have Jennifer's blood on the seats, the hand written list of their activities that day. Who writes down what time they take a shower? These and other points were presented. As the prosecutor pointed out, there were just too many coincidences to dismiss them. If she is innocent, she would have to be the most unlucky, the most ill-timed, and dumbest person in the whole state.

    The sister is too fluent in her attempts to explain away Michelle's suspicious behavior. Too fluent and therefore unconvincing.

    Ones a 3rd party entered in a couples life, expect the marriage to fell apart. This MISTRESS obviously knew what happened even helped Fotis disposed those evidenced. It's just fair this homewrecker to rot in jail!
