    Thank you so much for this video! Your voice is so soothing and reassuring. I would like some longer ones also..wish I could have had these 20 years ago..maybe I would not have had this Herrington rod! :)

    Thank you so much. It was the first practice I did that specified different suggestions for different curves, you have a very soothing voice and it helped with my pain. Also it is the first time in years of yoga in which I do the downward facing dog correctly.

      that's because of the rotation in the spine and pelvis!
