    im ever doubtful of how nessisairy that 10 min stir is before refigeration.
    Immediately after you're whisking it to add air in anyway and the amount of air added before this is absolutely minuscule.
    Feels about as pointless as saying to mix meringue with a fork for 10 mins before using a handheld electric whisk to do the job better anyway
