Thank you. This was my first time experiencing Hatha Yoga. I hold a lot of Trauma from my past in my body and have begun my journey of releasing it all. As you probably already know, repressed emotions and traumatic experiences become trapped in the physical body, and for me, this has led to a lot of debilitating physical pain that my medical doctors can't explain. These short classes help me take the steps to release the pain without causing further injuries or worse, feeling discouraged in the process. Thank you.
I had been sick with some kind of virus for a week and although I was finally feeling better I was stiff from just laying down so much and had NO stamina. I decided to try this 10 minute routine and I cannot tell you how much better it made me feel! Thank you!

Thank you. I practiced Hatha yoga during my time in school. It grounded me, energized me and helped me focus on my studies. Fast forward 20+ years and I miss it. This 10 min primer may be a starting point for some relief of a stiff body and blocked energy. Great instructions too! Appreciate them. Also like the 10 min time frame!
This is perfect for first thing in the morning. Christina may I recommend you consider doing a range of yoga videos for the over 50s. (Women?) I've done yoga all my life, neglected it for a few months whilst travelling and omg I noticed the problems kick in if I don't do yoga.
I appreciated the speed and simplicity of this as a beginner. Also, you had us stretch our hips prior to forward folds and I noticed this made the forward folds much easier. Thank you!

Yes. This is perfect for me on workdays. I do 30 minutes pranayama and 30 minutes vipassana meditation in the mornings. I get up at 430 just so I have time before my 12 hour shift. I wanted to add in an asana practice before, but really don't have the time for another 30 minutes
I'm just beginning to get my body strong again, after 2 c sections and 2 babies 11 months apart. I've tried many different types and I love your style the most. It eeally helps me lengthen and stretch my rips, hips, back in ways that really need it. So thank you so much!!

It was the first time when I didn't feel bad and disappointed for not being able to do full downward down. In fact, it was the first time I managed to do it almost fully. Thank you! I'll definitely keep practicing this every morning :)
This is 3rd day for me when I come to this video. My legs are still like wood when trying to do downward dog but, at the same time I know it will solve itself as I practice daily. The stretches and the energy I feel while doing it it's totally worth it!
