Hi Christina, thank you for another fantastic session. I have found that your yoga classes are such a blessing during this troubling time, your calm voice and well structured classes are certainly helping me and giving me purpose during another lock down here in the UK. Added bonus is I can now actually put my own socks on without asking for my husbands' help!!!!!!!! Stay safe :)
Short and sweet... thanks. For the balance poses (that start from hi lunge, then put elbow to opposite thigh), I put a high chair close / in front of me (draft table height / bistro table chair), so if I fell out of balance, I could just fall into resting my shoulder there. Will share this on FB... thx again.
I am determined to be the best version of myself. One thing I needed to add is a CONSISTENT routine. One daily task is to do yoga in the morning. You are now a part of my daily routine. Thank you so much!
As you know I'm getting back into a regular practice and my back has been pretty bad. I, stupidly, did a practice that wasn't yourself, Lesley Fightmaster aor Adrienne, you're my gotos. It did help a bit but it wasn't the same, it felt like a video practice and my back didn't feel much better. Best bit I like the woman who did the practice and have done other practices but that one just didn't work, maybe it was because it was an old video. I actually said to my friend today, we were talking about you, and I said to her that I find it amazing how I can connect with you, have never met you but there's been 2 teachers that I've gone to their class and there was no connection. It speaks volumes about the kind of person you are that you can connect through video, that's a pretty special talent. Thanks for being you and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to do your practices. This was a great practice, I has to use my blocks but I'm sure it won't be long until I'm back to where I was, just need to get everything loosened up again! 😂😂😂Much love, namaste 🧘♀️🧘♀️💕💕💕

It's been a while since I've done this routine. I have to do more hatha yoga because it helps build my muscle strength, yet it's more relaxing.
