Too much money-making, too many gimmicks, too little atmosphere. Everything is somehow boring. You used to be able to put yourself in the game and it felt a bit like an adventure. Today it's all about bouncing around the area like a bunny on drugs.
Good video mate, I agree. Going back and playing other games that don't have this BS SBMM system are just way more fun and it gives you that spark of nostalgia of what gaming used to be. Going back and playing Battlefield 3 where the game paired you with randoms from any skill level creates an environment and atmosphere I feel like we haven't seen for years. And that was FREEDOM. You can do what the hell you want and enjoy every moment of it without this system that purposely penalises you for having one good match. This pretty much applies to any Battlefield game and all shooters before 2016 really. ( Maybe not COD, I forgot when the SBMM got really aggressive :/ )
Absolutely mate, now a days it feels like you get penalised for having a few good games, it’s one of the many reasons I don’t play COD and the finals anymore. The SBMM was just too strict to consistently enjoy those games
@@M1zzyMaz those game still had sbmm it was just simpler hell even halo 2 had it, the newer games dont use sbmm they use EOMM, Engagement optimized matchmaking its designed to make you play for as long as possible not for fair matches. COD even rigs matches and changes damage values and puts you in high ping lobby's to get the desired result. this is also the reason that you cant just stay in a lobby and they break it up every time.
Honestly I don't want innovation anymore i just want the realistic settings, guns, vehicles, and skins with the arcadey feel that older CoDs and Battlefield games had but with modern graphics and a more in depth weapon customization i don't want any gimmicks/hero abilities just simple and smooth gunplay I've been playing insurgency sandstorm recently and it's not that bad it's not quite as arcadey as id like but it's honestly the best FPS game available on console right imo i hope Delta Force is as amazing as it looks and they don't ruin it with goofy skins or a crappy anti-cheat i hope the same thing for the next battlefield but im not holding my breath for ea and dice cod is dead to me i couldn't care less what they do at this point BTW im still waiting for those Ready or Not videos you were talking about doing

Game developers sell cheats 3rd party, this where a lot of their revenue comes from. Valve CS has been selling cheats 3rd party for 25 years now.
