- This is an all-levels power yoga flow class. This full-body vinyasa yoga sequence is designed to help you build strength and flexibility through your yoga practice. By using detailed instruction to help produce a well-aligned flow, the class has a meditative quality that will help to keep you injury-free and help you understand if you are doing the yoga poses well to get the maximum benefit.
The Flow is based on a blend of the Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga schools, principles from power yoga, and Vinyasa.

It’s getting serious 😂 I felt like it was about 25% harder than week 1. But I enjoyed the increased effort I had to put in and I finally found a way not to hurt my wrists: I started to use the pushup bars in downward facing dog and in plank to elevate my wrists from the ground, it works perfectly!

Love the reminder that each session is just a practice and I'm not going to be able to do everything straight away. In the past that has really frustrated me and led to me giving up on the challenge and other exercise routines, I'm learning to enjoy to the process and hope to build a sustainable habit to my practice with yoga and in time other workouts to supplement it.

@@yogawithtim do you have any content you recommend following along to after the 30 days is over? I’m somewhat new to yoga and love it! I’m also doing a run a mile a day challenge for 30 days. All to get in top shape for my military test. Been navy for almost ten years and like this change up!
I chuckled a few times on that one. Struggled to do the flowing warrior 3 and magically changing my shirt during crescent lunge.
It’s all good. Check what i say in the email on vira 3. A proposal could help you to train the pose better so that one day you’ll flow no prob. Shirt skills in one of the siddhis, you’ll get there 😉
There's a reason i've been following you for over 8 years. Your expertise, delivery etc of course BUT the bonus humour. Hahaha holding navasana to ardha is hard on it's own, doing them while laughing 😂- now there's a challenge. Thanks Tim. Always love the bonus giggles.
