The positions that involve extending on one hand on the floor fully extended are a little too much for me, so I opt to do a different pose when you do those poses. I bet if you did a series (if you haven't already!) for builders you would get a lot of takers. Flooring installers on their knees all day, drywallers and tilers who work with trowels and mudding knives and how to protect shoulders while working, frame carpenters, etc. Thanks again! Day 5, still alive =) As a super solar being, I need these deeply cooling, lunar restorative sessions to help me balance out. I often gravitate toward pushing deeper, but with many years of practice realized that you really can't force calm, or push for peace...I can create the container for change to happen within. I can invite and allow for these shifts to happen...one breath at a time. There is no small change! =) Thanks, Tim, for a lovely and gentle morning release

My schedule got a bit hectic and I told myself I’d exercise at the end of the day and at the end of my day I wasn’t showing up on the mat but with my Jammie’s and with a hot water bottle. And, it’s fine. I’m being kind to myself and not shaming myself. Today is a new day and I’m back!!! Thanks Tim!!

I have come to Mexico from Canada for 3 months and did the first YWT video in Canada, now I'm doing 2 a day to catch up. I find I do 4 breaths to every one of Tim's, and I'm not in bad shape. I just can't breathe that slowly. Thoroughly enjoying doing this 30 day challenge and intend to keep going
You’re not alone. But Pranayama (breath work) will help with that. Unfortunately those classes are usually skipped by about 80 percent of people taking the challenge. It’s a boon for our health and improving the yoga practice. Coming soon! Stay tuned

I agree with your comment, Shane. And I would go one step further- it's frustrating as heck. We sell the bamboo platform Tim is using in these videos (the Root Board) and UA-cam/Google won't let me advertise on Tim's channel (or any channel, actually). Hi Tim thank you so much for the series this was just perfect as I’d walked miles with my dog today in rainy Cornwall! I always do your challenges and your routines 2 or 3 times a week, just so good. Cornwall UK! It’s beautiful with amazing beaches but the weather isn’t as settled as California😂I get to walk by the sea each day with my Labrador Murphy who I am currently teaching downward dog!
