Anyone else having an issue with this lock resetting on its own? I’m constantly needing to reprogram. Unfortunately this happens at random times. The batteries have been replaced but continues to reset.

Then reinstall it and make sure the Thumb Turn is set in the vertical position and the latch bolt retracted while reinstalling it. Next, reset the lock and perform the door handing detection. It should work fine now.

Next, reset the lock and perform the door handing detection process. This should fix the problem. Note: Change the default Programming Code (0000) and delete the default User Code (1234). I was messing with mind before I found your video… is there a way to reset the lock to “baseline/out of box” and start over? I don’t know my programming code. Thank you for any help.

Why do I get three flashing lights everytime I try typing in the programming code. Brand new purchase and install
