Recipe for 8x8" tray
180g granulated sugar, 215g softened butter, 300g all purpise flour, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp baking powder, 60ml lemon juice (or however much you want, depending on lemon strength) 2x eggs, Lemon zest (again, choice is really yours when choosing how much)

Dry ingredients are all purpise flour, granulated sugar, salt and/or baking powder - I have left a comment with a recipe I used which is similar to this,for an 8x8" pan :)
