Robert , there is so much within me that rarely comes up. I am failing to be good at gym. I am also not operating myself at optimum condition . I am from India and not able to find a genuine therapist. Can you please suggest a genuine therapist even from your country that can contact online?
How to choose a therapist anyway ?
Please help . Thank you .
I am hitting my 30 and I feel there is lot of trauma within me that is stopping my progress in my life .

I listen to a lot of Robert Greene interviews… you did a great job! I loved that he mentioned neurodiversity and it’s effect on empathy. That’s the first time I heard him mention that

Stellar job, Danny! Really well done. Loved hearing about how the stroke has changed him. His attitude in handling it and developing patience is inspiring. 🙏

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my UA-cam channel 9 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,367 subs and > 1,000 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

Great interviewer! I love it when hosts focus on the guest and not the sound of their own voice. 🙏🏻

How do I deal with stuff in med school which I hate? I love the biochemistry part, but especially anatomy ... it feels like I'm wasting my time. But I'm also interested in how the body works and in molecular mechanisms of diseases. What should I do?
