FLY FISHING: LATE FALL FLY FISHING STRATEGIES

- Опубліковано 24 бер 2023
- Dale, Don, and Brian Chan fly fish Stump Lake near Kamloops, BC in late Fall for some big Rainbow Trout. The water is cooling and the fish are bulking up for winter and feeding in the shallow water. Dale tries the Annaconda Snake Fly on the surface and starts nailing fish after fish and it isn't long before Brian and Don switch over. Dave Burns ties 'The Annaconda' Snake Fly on the bench.

I love that you guys are still fishing and posting! Wishing you all the best, thank you for all the content over the years
Nice action! Would love to see more bank fishing videos.
Have you ever seen rainbows take a anaconda anywhere else? Cool pattern and fun getting surface eats!! 👏
Yes, we’ve caught rainbows on various lakes using the Annaconda, especially marl bottom and big fish lakes
would you guys be using a clear intermediate fly line or versileader?
SA Clear Camo (intermediate sink) and SA Midge Tip lines. Even used a Type 1-3 full sink when we were stripping fast.
