Well my friend, my son didn't want the same old fried egg sandwich I always make, so I looked up gourmet egg sandwiches on UA-cam. You came up and I watched your vid. I replicated it and served it up to him. He hemmed and hawwed for 10 seconds, my pulse going fast and he absolutely loved it with 2 thumbs up. Made one for him and me. We toasted to your creation and added it to our house menu. Credit where credit is due buddy. Cheers to you!

I actually cook my fried eggs the exact same way that you cooked yours. I usually just put mine on some bread with Mayo, but I like how you added all of that flavor to your bread and toasted it.

Dude this is amazing. I think you're my spirit animal as far as Fried egg sandwich goes.I'd like to leave it on one side or the bottom gets really brown and crusty. Flip it over for about 10 seconds and then flip it back over. I do mine with a little bit of salt and a lot of black pepper. Great job.

Mr Ray Mack, this is my type of food , simple, tasty & wholesome.
In the beginning I couldn't understand why you would purposely break the yolk. I never did and was always so careful not to, but I can see why now. You get more of the yolk through the whole sandwich, I like that.
I can't find that seasoning in ny area, so I'll use my go to Lawrys seasoning with the black pepper. I may use my Tony's original to give it a little pepper zip.
I'll be making this in a few minutes for my 9pm snack.

Haven't been to Ross in years, everytime I've gone, I'm going along with someone else who wanted to clothes shop, I've made my way over to their fragrances, quite impressed & njoyed that. But I NEVER knew of their spice section. Thanks a ton big brother for that nugget🤗😍😊😘
They have a lot of spices, it's kinda something you only pay attention to when you're in to cooking.

I cook the eggs on a medium/low heat and cover with a lid. When the top of the eggs begin to solidify I add the cheese to the eggs. I also add a layer of bacon to my sammich.
Ok this looks delicious... But mostly, this made me laugh out loud 😂😂😂 Gotta love 3 am cooking videos..!! Going to make some of these tomorrow for sure.

Love fried egg sandwiches. My preference would be to leave the yolk a bit runny. Once one bites into it and the egg yolk runs throughout the bread, even more yummy.

I’ve been making fried egg sandwiches for about 20 yrs my kids love my version very similar but a lil different! After you bust the yolk and flip…split the eggs in 2! lay a slice of Kraft deluxe cheese on top of one & stack the eggs … I toast my bread and put mayo and ketchup on the bread not a lot you could add bacon if you want but the fried egg and cheese Is fire all by itself

Ray Mack: I have inoperable Cancer (liver) and my eating habits have changed....nothing tastes like it did before. But I love fried eggs. My wife and I follow your channel, and I can honestly say this IS the best fried egg sandwich we have ever had. It was my lunch today and I could eat the same for supper. Pan grilling the sandwich almost gives me weak knees...especially with the seasoning. It is simple to make, but so darn good I can't stop eating it. Now, you stay safe and well my friend.
