I just finished doing this one. Good one and I do have osteoporosis and I take a bone-strengthening medication once a week for it. I will try to do this one most days of the week now.

Since I am unable to digest the RX for osteoporosis I try to do these regularly but sometimes have a hard time keeping it up. I do the best I can. The bed exercises you showed recently I do almost every day and I can feel the difference.

Great workout! I really like your “no repeats” idea for lots of different moves in a short time period. Didn’t want to stop, so I did a second short class afterwards. I love combining any two of your shorter workouts for a 30 minute class. Keeps me motivated. Thank you!

I love spending my exercise time with you both. One can always find a workout that challenges but is age appropriate. Thanks for the video - early menopause here so I'm always looking to take care of my bones. Also can you pl make a workout series for women in their 40s-50s? A little more challenging than those for seniors but a little relaxed as compared to most workout regimens out there.

I just finished doing this one. Good one and I do have osteoporosis and I take a bone-strengthening medication once a week for it. I will try to do this one most days of the week now.

Since I am unable to digest the RX for osteoporosis I try to do these regularly but sometimes have a hard time keeping it up. I do the best I can. The bed exercises you showed recently I do almost every day and I can feel the difference.

I love spending my exercise time with you both. One can always find a workout that challenges but is age appropriate. Thanks for the video - early menopause here so I'm always looking to take care of my bones. Also can you pl make a workout series for women in their 40s-50s? A little more challenging than those for seniors but a little relaxed as compared to most workout regimens out there.
