Hoovie was present during the recording of the opening sequence for the very first episode of GT in the US. He dressed up (with two of his friends) as an 'Interceptor'.

Yeah, I've been watching Emelia's channel ever since seeing James "roast" her on this.
I watched a lot of Wheeler Dealers back when Edd China was co-presenter and main mechanic and Edd just seems highly intelligent, especially about engines. So much so he made a rolling sofa! Anyway, I'd like to see a one off with Edd and James just bantering about cars.
Edd has a new UA-cam series, check it out.
I would watch that. Two laid-back appearing guys fiercely but quietly competing to be the king of car knowledge and waspishness.
Edd has now used his channel to refute James's roast. But then Edd started it by roasting James's 911.
Edd has recently offered an official UA-cam invitation for James to pay a visit to his workshop, and to prove that the orange is still funny 😄 I really hope to see the great content both channels could get from that interaction!

Mat Armstrong’s car has air suspension, to help manoeuvre car over bumps. One of his episodes is a trip over Wales in the Maza to prove it works on a long distance trip. His channel is extremely entertaining and enjoyable to watch!

The term he's searching for is wide-angle lens. True anamorphic lenses are pretty much exclusive to cinema cameras and don't produce that effect at all.

In Tyler's defence, he actually has not modded that Diablo any more than absolutely necessary(like a manual A/C switch he forgot to turn on, because parts do not exist). It is as bone stock as possible, which is as it should be on a Lambo over 20 years old.

The SLR is my favorite super car of all time. When that and the Carrera GT came out, I remember seeing them on the front page of a magazine, and that was the first Top Gear magazine I ever bought which got me interested in cars.
The second car was clearly on bags and he really thought that slammed was the ride height 🤣

James, the Maserati has air ride suspension. So it’s on the floor whilst parked or posing for photos. Also the burgundy is the original colour of the car.

Slightly less hilarious if you brake to hard and the car just starts rolling on the exterior. Until it isn't round anymore. That car is actually frightening both on road and off road. I believe the wheelbase is shorter than a regular mini.

Love the Outspan Orange Mini. I used to live in a town called Berkhamsted just outside of London. In the early to mid 90s there was an independent tyre shop in town that had 2 of them out front. Big lumps of top-heavy fibreglass. Apparently they could actually roll if you went over 30 mph and braked too hard.

Cool to see you "roast" Emelia's C8. Well, yeah it has shown 1201hp at the wheels on the lie detector...not sure I would say 1500, but they did chose to stop there instead of blowing it up.
And not the fastest or the powerful c8 around.
1201 British HP, is about 1500 American HP.

Mat Armstrong's Maserati is on air suspension. Automatically drops to the ground when parked and raises back up when the engine starts.....and can go even higher at the push of a button.

Hi James. The Maserati kit includes air suspension. Pic is taken when the car was in a 'parked up' position. When you drive it, it raises the car a little ;-)
I don't know what the horsepower number is on Amelia's vette, however, I know it broke the world record for the 1/4 mile for a C8 twice. If I remember correctly the 1st time she pulled a 9.4 second run. It's a fast car, to say the least.
