  • The SI(sacroiliac) Joint is essentially the location where our pelvis meets our spine(at the sacrum bone).
    It is heavily reinforced by several very strong ligaments and research shows movement at this joint so minimal that it's undetectable by human hands and work of this joint is to provide stability to the upper body and transfer the force loads of upper body to the both lower limb(legs) equally . So Due to irregular movement that disturb the proper alignment of the joint causes pain at the joint . The main causes of SI joint pain may be due to pregnancy because of ligament laxity, or standing or sitting with bad posture that may disturb the alignment of the joint or due to fall or accident. So now I'm going to share some important and effective exercises that will help to maintain the normal alignment of the joint.
    1. Single Knee to chest
    2.Hip Internal rotation
    3.Prayer Stretch With Towel
    4.Cobra Pose With Towel
    5. MET for maintain normal alignment
    6.Banded Hip abduction With Bridging
    7. Ball mobilisation
