My MRI Report says.
Mild altered signal intensity and Articular margin irregularity in bilatetal sacroiliac joints.
Suggestive of mild sacroiliiatis.
My left hip pains like hell after i drive my car or sit for 30-40 mins.
I can feel discomfort in my left groin area too.
Blood report says.
Very low vitamin D and vitamin
B12.
Please HELP
Im a active gym goer and doctor has advised me to take 3 weeks rest and no sports activity.
Im really concerned as sometimes my right and left buttocks pain too..
I am in same pain and even my blood report says vitamin D deficiency. I am also gym goer and don’t know what to do ahead. I am from Mumbai.

Gurgaon pain flame hospital sector 39 me hai doc Harish Grover se check krwao mujhe bhi same problem thi now I am perfect with in 2 month
@@MeriKishori07 I got tested and diagnosed Ankylosing Spondylitis (HLA B27+). Now getting treatment and better now but very long treatment.
