    I really don’t think we should just gloss over the fact that david claimed to have CP on his computer “planted by the police”….it almost seems like he’s trying to create an elaborate defense to dodge charges, but he’s not doing a very good job considering that he’s the one letting it be known that CP is on his computer and his court case is solely about the alleged drugs

      Thank god I’m not the only who thought this. I thought it was so bizarre to just bring up CP out of nowhere when this whole time he’s been under investigation for drugs. Kinda like he knows if he got caught and they found the CP he’d have no other way to get out of it. Truly a sick individual who needs a lot of help

    I can't help but feel horrible for the dude that was arrested. He's probably had to deal with enough shit in his life, and then some dumbass pulls up to him, records him, accuses him of being an undercover officer and then calls his friend to beat him up with a skateboard. Especially at night, you cannot know what strangers are willing to do to you. For all that guy knows, David was setting him up to get jumped, robbed or even killed. You can't know that, and it's not a risk you should take ever.
    I really hope that guy somehow got out of that whole situation with little to no repercussions, cause man does that suck.

      It doesn't help that David was effectively put through the exact situation that he is now stuck in the delusion of. He was put in a situation where everyone around him actually **were** cops during the search of his car. Like, how weird would it be to find out that everyone you interacted with in this massive chaotic scene was effectively an actor lol. I'd probably be paranoid as heck about every interaction I have after that too. I'm sure it didn't help his clear descent into paranoid schizophrenia.

    This is.... heartbreaking. Not what is happening to David, but how he is harassing innocent people on the street. I couldn't finish watching that part. I work in mental health outreach and while I work with youth, my boss previously worked in the adult intensive outpatient program which works with many people who are houseless and struggling. Seeing the guy who wants to call his dad and the girl being kicked out by her mom are situations I am familiar with and in those moments, you are at an all-time low and often feel hopeless, his being terrible to them makes that low a thousand times worse.

      If people were vandalizing my car and driving around my house with provocations, threats, and attempts to end my life... id expect my neighbors to come outside, to my aid. He also has videos of his neighbors doing very bizarre things. And you can imagine how frustrating and angry it can make a person to be called crazy, to have ones words fall on deaf ears when things like this are happening in your life everyday and you still don't know "who they are" and why they refuse to stop doing this. What a nightmare! Something out of a Stephen King novel or something. And this is the grim reality of it. Gang stalking is real...

Furthermore, why does him being homeless make this "distressing"? Are you saying homeless people shouldn't be able to get other homeless people arrested? Seems bold to say he's causing others to escalate their behaviors when you have no knowledge of any of these peoples prior behaviors. By your logic of "societal danger" lots of people, maybe even most homeless or mentally ill people, should be "tracked and arrested".

    I’m a therapist and it’s not always that evident that someone is dealing with psychosis. Sometimes you work with someone for a long time before you realize they’re having delusions because their delusions are less bizarre than the ones people think of when they think of schizophrenia. Additionally people with schizophrenia can have long spans of time without "positive" symptoms (hallucinations and delusions for example). It’s also possible to have psychosis as a result of substance use or as a result of an extreme stressor. That diagnosis wouldn’t be schizophrenia though. That's interesting! I'd imagine it is probably particularly difficult to realize someone is dealing with a mental health issue when their delusions are less outlandish than what is typically expected since it's normal for everyone to have delusions about certain things sometimes.
      Also, on your point about drug induced psychosis. I thought this was mainly caused by severe stimulant use due to the excessive release of dopamine and sleep deprivation. If David is using at all, I'd suspect it would be a downer considering what was allegedly found in his home. Do opiates also cause psychosis when used excessively?

      Since you are a therapist, can I ask you something? And be honest please. How many of the people that get schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or other really destructive mental health issues that make people dangerous not for themselves but also for others...how many of those can be completely cured to the point when they return to live the life they lived before? Cause from what I have seen on the internet on from the people I have met personally...I feel like it's less than 1%. And then the question is whether these people should be in our societies, no matter how harsh it makes me sound.

    • @beccaquitbeingabitch
      @beccaquitbeingabitch 7 місяців тому

      Thank you for pointing this out! I have schizophrenia and as you mentioned, psychosis isn't always as obvious or disorganized as people would think. It's different for everyone. In my case, I kept my delusions hidden because of a "threat" (which obviously didn't exist) that if I told anyone, horrible things would happen. On the outside though, my family didn't suspect anything was off about me because I didn't have the disorganized speech or flight of ideas/word salad that other schizophrenics sometimes do. There's a stereotype of what schizophrenia looks like or how we act that isn't entirely wrong, but is true for a good portion of schizophrenics. However, most of the time if you run into one of us somewhere, you'd never know that person was ill. It's a horrible, complex illness. Also, thanks to @ScareTheater for being more understanding about mental illness than a lot of content creators on this site.

      LA/Hollywood BLVD at night (especially all the way down to Sunset & a block away on each side) is almost another world entirely compared to the day. For example, my wife & I were doing a 3 day/2 night stay with a friend who shares an apartment with the guy who played Beans on Even Stevens back in the early 00’s. They lived by Dodgers Stadium (2016? So I don’t know if it’s Dodgers still) & that neighborhood was cramped but nice. We’d hit Hollywood BLVD during the day - Mann’s Chinese Theater, Ghirardelli, Madame Tussaud’s area - and it was all chill except tons of pickpockets, celebrity impersonators, furries/cartoon characters, etc. As soon as night hits (~8:30pm til 5:30am or daylight) it was basically tweakers, beggars, thieves, dealers, and homeless/unhoused (whichever term makes you feel better about it). We spent a solid 18 hours straight filming the entire area (Hollywood BLVD, Sunset, Hollywood Hills/Observatory, Scientology Building, Santa Monica Boardwalk, Beverly Hills) during the day, a slow ride through the same areas at night (with the exception of Griffith Park & Beverly Hills), and it was a mind-f-k to someone from a small town with barely a criminal element/drugs no heavier than 💊 & 🪴/shelters for people who need it. The 4 of us (My friend Chris, “Beans”, My Wife, & I) ended the night at the Santa Monica Pier/Beach with a few beers & just reflected on it all as the waves rolled in. The next day we did more of the same sightseeing but were more weary since we witnessed 2 assaults/robberies plus a guy pushing around his pregnant acquaintance in a shopping cart while she was smoking what looked like m3th (glass pipe & sparked a bit) that first night (plus more that would get a comment deleted or flagged). Whole thing reminded me of some late night Dateline episode or doomsday movie. That final day where we went to a party in Culver City, some guy’s indie movie premiere, and Hollywood Forever Cemetery felt so sanitized, comparatively speaking. I’d still rather live there than bumf-k Alabama though. Everyone we met was pretty nice and not judgmental compared to the “good ole boys” & Hypo-Karens who live here.

    As for how David and Flooze met and how they seem to go so well together, sounds like folie á deux and both of them being totally dysfunctional. That can have a tragic outcome.
    And David was very lucky that he was only dealing with homeless tweakers rather than some gangbangers or street thugs who could _really_ hurt him.

Even if we only see him lashing out at strangers, his condition creates genuinely painful and terrifying memories that do the same damage as if they'd actually happened to him. That's a very generalized statement. I wrote a book called fahrenheit 1984 when I was homeless prior to the lockdowns, I ended up having an interview with a UK independent research group but that was about it. People that actually researched the subject without knowing the "Who" is gangstalking have to go through complex research to figure out it's actualities. But don't call them "these people." You are dismissing people who actually may be involved in top secret projects under the PATRIOT Act for national security, I wrote about this in my book.

One was a woman who was in her home and recording behind her back yard fence saying the kids next door playing basketball were spying on her and then she ended up going outside and walked down her street to one of her neighbors house that she claims is stalking and spying on her also. It's sad. And you will never be able to convince them that it's not real because to them it is very real.

    • @KittyGoldPaint
      @KittyGoldPaint 7 місяців тому +12

      Yeah, I still know that word, and I was thinking the same as you; why would you allow that to be your nickname?
      This whole situation is just gross and depressing, and I already see enough of that being from Southern California, where the homeless population just increases every day. People judge a lot of these people, but it's expensive to live out here, and it's getting to the point where I have to consider moving to a different state to keep up with the rising cost of inflation.
      With that said, I still think this David guy clearly lacks empathy and I'm not buying that he thinks *everyone* is connected to the police. I think he probably believes all these UA-cam videos of him bullying and stalking people will financially pull him out of the muck he and his girlfriend ended up in.

    What I've noticed, as someone who has delusional tendencies (no diagnosed disorder, but the symptoms are there) is that opposites do NOT attract in this case and it's actually seemingly very commong for two delusional people to meet up, fall in love, and rather than support each other through their delusions (they will try, believe me, they will) actually end up feeding into it, even if they havent said anything. Just being delusional around another delusional person will spark it. Its so weird.

    Ironically though HE'S the one acting like the feds. White guy with a camera going around accusing black and homeless people of crimes they didn't commit. So fucking bizzare.

I had to move 5000 miles away for it to end. During that time I couldn't have answered those two questions because I didn't know. I thought it was the local neighborhood watch,which they were part of it. But I didn't put it all together until after I had left. I can tell you that it was so bad that it made me sell my house and move to escape it. That's all a really long story,I just wanted you to know not to judge someone by the questions you said to ask because most times they won't know,they will be even questioning their own sanity,which is an intended result of the harassment. A Marsden motion is not a motion to change public defenders. It is a motion to relieve one's presently appointed counsel on the grounds of irreconcilable differences. If an accused has a public defender, and the Marsden motion is granted, the public defender's office CAN'T be reappointed. If the person needs appointed counsel, esp in LA, the accused will get an alternate defender (not a county employee lawyer) appointed by the court. Speaking from experience I am very sure that the PD assigned to represent him was delighted to have been relieved as counsel.
