    Today, we’re SHOULDERing the Holiday Hustle with a quick and effective workout designed to strengthen and sculpt your shoulders. This session will help you power through the busiest time of the year while staying strong and energized.
    📋 Day 3 Workout Details:
    Focus: Shoulder strength and endurance
    Equipment: Resistance band + one medium and one heavy weight (I’m using 5lbs and 10lbs, but choose what works for you!)
    📅 The 10-Minute Holiday Workout Challenge:
    Commit to 10 minutes a day for 11 days to stay active and feel amazing all season long. Each day features a new focus, keeping it fun and fresh while delivering results.

    With our modern lifestyle we are rounding forward a lot. Shoulder workout are great to build strength and imporove our posture. Have you done Day 3 workout yet?
