1:45 is very important to know - I am 13 months into my ACL (not a full tear) + meniscus recovery (both treated conservatively) and there is some scar tissue still residual. Exercises will eventually make it go away.
@@ameypv I think it was around a few months post surgery or longer. Don’t remember exactly but I know I had to do exercises everyday and even multiple times a day for flexion stretches.
Hi Oleg, your legs are looking very good and sharp! Amazing that you have absolutely zero defizit in extension. That is my big problem. I am also 11 months post ACL reconstruction and meniscus sutures and still have big issues with extension. No hyperextension at all. I can barely reach 0°. I have no problems in flexion tho. What exercises have you done for knee extension and have you ever had any problems? My injured knee is also a little bit thicker at the patella. I think this is totally fine and comes by time. Greetings from germany
@@omgEristHIER Hi! Thank you! There were a lot of simple exercises PT had me do first maybe 4 months to work on extension, flexion, and hyperextension. I would do things like lay on my stomach on bed and have legs hanging off bed and press with good leg down on surgical leg to get more extension/hyperextension. Same can be done with a foam roller. And hold it for 30 seconds a few times and I did it a few times per day for a few months. It definitely adds up and helps.
I would like to know how much you lift compared to your weight, how high you jump... etc to compare myself and know if I am ready or a milestone to reach. Thank you, and congrats for your progress 💪

@@ameypv Thank you for the advice!💪
@@iamolegsavka I wanted to ask - at what point did you gain full flexion of the knee?

Same condition ...after 11 months 😀
