The judge would overrule his objections and he would lose credibility with the jury. The judge is extremely biased against Jones.
@@brianjamesesq747 give me one example of bias. Time stamp please. I’ll wait right here
@@Kaspen82 an example of the judge’s bias? I’ll start with her deciding from the bench that he is liable. The trial is for damages only.
@@brianjamesesq747 That’s because he is
@@lukasm8990 I mean, we have seen so many instances now that discredit this witness and Mr. Jones' credibility.
They are more damaging to their own defense than any tactic the prosecutor could have dreamed up!
I have never seen a court case like this, where I actually feel like microwaving the popcorn and just sprawling back in my chair.
Sadly it seems like Jones' lawyer might be a clown. Accidentally sends the entire contents of Alex's phone to the defense
And somehow I get the feeling that was no accident.
Not sad, ironically appropriate.
Sadly?
@@LeniDell those lawyers knew they had a 🤥🤥👖🔥 for a "client." No doubt had enough of Alex Jones' 🐗💩 wanted an easy "I'm outta here!"
@@cynthiabrent6479 Yep, I completely agree!
So can I sue liberals for scarring me and making me anxious and can't sleep and my PTSD go up because they say the world is going to end in 12 years because of climate change.
Class action
Seems legit
kane - Anyone can sue anyone for anything. Please file that lawsuit. hahaha
Exactly
End as you know it. Do you think the world is getting warmer?
Shroyer the destroyer 👍🇺🇲💯
He reported that this story had been published on Zero Hedge.
He was 100% correct.
It wasn't a story. It was a propaganda piece with intentionally deceptive editing made up of willful lies. Playing something like that as if it's some kind of "story" is simply taking the other guy's propaganda and making it your own.
He didn't say, "Look at how this piece of lying propaganda twists the truth and how it's edited to mislead," he showed it as if it were a story all on its own.
He doesn't get to do that and claim that he's simply reporting. And he's finding out now that is the reality of it.
Owen shroyers got bigger balls than anybody in that entire courtroom.
He also told a story he knew was not fact checked
@@janashellbug fact check is opinion. fact check is bs.
@@janashellbug so why aren't they going after ZeroPointNow or ZeroHedge?
so asking questions about an event's continuity counts as defamation now?
Apparently if u hurt the wrong person's feelings by asking questions u can now be put on trial for anything.
@@pamelapamper I mean it's on par though. Pretty soon it's going to be illegal to not teach students that men can get pregnant. Pretty soon someone will just be able to outright "identify" as the parent of a victim while not actually being one and be awarded punitive damages. We live in a world that will one day have you sitting in jail cause you inadvertently caused someone to frown. The news will be school and the school will be adult-child "nurturing sessions" involving a lot of touchy feely. Politicians will openly talk about siphoning taxpayer dollars into their pockets but no one will care because the new trend to record yourself doing is too time consuming. The word "question" will have been erased and people will unlearn what the concept even means.
@@pamelapamper Yep Speech Police is a real thing now.
No, but claiming on your platform that it straight up didnt happen, not as a question but a fact is. Jury made the right call.

Hint to defense counsel when the witness says initially I don’t remember and then the lawyer keeps trying to ask the question the objection is “calls for speculation the witness already said he can’t remember”
Why didn't you take on the case 😂😹😂🤣
You're on thin ice, counselor
I have a feeling the defense are on someone else's payroll
Thank YOU!! Geez us. I kept calling speculation through my phone. Grrrr And I own a Spa. 🤦🏻♀️
The objection is "asked and answered."
The entire proceeding is a fix. No defense whatsoever.
