My guess is because the judge is so biased. Every single time they try to object she overrules them. Yet every time the roles were reversed and the plaintiffs lawyer objected she sustained it. He's a clown, but even clowns deserve fair trials. Just the way she talks down to him and his team vs how she talks to the plaintiffs team. If you can't see it then you must be huffing paint and I can't help you there. A judge is supposed to be impartial. When a judge rolls their eyes and smirks when a lawyer calls for an objection that's unprofessional at the very least. Also, she overruled every single objection from the defense, when a couple of them were solid objections. Then sustained every single objection from the plaintiffs side.
