If some of them have some sense of repentance & hear the voice of their conscience at least divulge what and how they did. Some consolation for the affected relatives/well-wishers will be to know how those Kharkoos met their end bravely. Anyway any good CM wouldn’t have come out in that turmoil and in last 75 years 5 years stand added more to see a CM whose conscience is in Punjab. I do not think we would have been any better if that struggle would have seen success. We may hope that a hindu leader with sikhi spirit will rise in Punjab. In the alternative a sikh leader of sikhi spirit may arise who may fulfil the dream which maharaja ranjit singh may have been nurturing of uniting erstwhile north india. Dipak fauji from haryana is giving such calls. Sikhs led country in freedom struggle and struggle against emergency successfully but reaped bitter fruits. Third time they led in kisan andolan successfully and got ill will of state but brotherhood of bhartis. May fourth struggle see success and win win hearings for all hearts.
