    re-valve and re-pressure shocks to match with spring rate and is a rare art.

    Wow your raptor look so cool!
    I also want to replace it with 35, but I have a few questions.
    What is the height of the vehicle?
    Does the upper arm ball joint need to be replaced after spring replacement?
    As far as I know, is it true that the ball joint needs to be replaced?

    I would go 2 inch in the front and 1 inch in the back as the 35's take up 1 more inch in upward tyre travel.

    Hey Luke can you keep us posted how the no mud guard goes for you over rainy season. I'm thinking of taking mine off as mine also scrub but don't want rain mud to splatter all over my doors. Cheers bro

      True but your van is a consideration! Lots of people in other 4wd groups with respect to IFS front ends say they get a little naughty when you flatten them out. Aesthetically pleasing though 👌🏻

      Hello guys, i think the nose down of all brands of SUV is actually to enhance the braking. If the front of the vehicle is high and you hit the brakes, the weight takes time to transfer over the front axle to get full effect of the brakes.

    How do you find the ride now? I put in some lift springs and instantly hated the ride. Was way too stiff. Happy running factory.. To gain the lift you must be running stiffer springs? The revalve so it doesn't go into stuff valve while riding normally?

    • @Lukefink
      @Lukefink  2 роки тому

      Your valving needs to match your height or the car will ride like shit vs stock.
      These springs are longer but softer than stock the ride is amazing! As good if not better than stock

    • @Lukefink

      I have done plenty of 40 and 50 minute videos. The viewership s
      Drops dramatically after 10 to 15 mins so sometimes its a bit not worth it but with that said when i have enough content i do make longer videos
