Thanks for this list! I find so many self-help books are crammed with anecdotes, stories and examples, but very light on homework or actionable tasks. I'm going to check out a few of these!
Agree, most have far too many personal anecdotes. It's so boring to read - we're smart people, we don't little parables to illustrate a point. I want actionable points more than anything.
Love the caveat! I do that a lot where I'll keep learning before implementing. Excited to check out these books! Surprised I've never heard of Subtract. Actually, the only one I've heard of is Deep Work which I still haven't read yet. Did you share Atomic Habits in your other video? It's my favorite...so much that I even read it multiple times
Let us know which one(s) you're starting with! Atomic Habits didn't make it into the other video but it is one of the books where the science is well represented 🤓
For 2025 one of my top 5 picks is Infrequent Frequencies Rare Resonance by G.E. Poole. Award-winning non-fiction, highly topical exploration of science, mysticism and consciousness. Completely unconventional lens on everything, practical guidance for negotiating through the coming times of turbulence, great filters, impacts of AI and hope for humanity.
Hey , i saw some of your videos they're really amazing but to reach more audience you need to have a something like editing and better thumbnail , which i can provide you if you're interested reply ASAP.
What are your favorite self-help books?

Love Cal Newport! I can't get enough of his podcast!

The 12 Week Year and You, Happier are the best I've read in 2024.

I love the book Transitions by William Bridges. It’s a great book that has helped me to process a lot of loss I’m my life.

I am curious what your 3 word rebellion is? Are you going to use it in your marketing?

Looks like this video reached you within 15 minutes of it being published so we must be doing something right. 😎
