In the video I am using a 4kg ball but any weight that you feel comfortable with would be fine. If you don't have an exercise ball you can replace it with a dumbbell, by the way.
A med ball (aka heavy ball or exercise ball) is a great tool for anyone's fitness routine. It can be especially beneficial for any type of strength training and in particular, core strength training.
Try to find your own pace, but don't go to fast for the best muscle response. Remember, it's not about being perfect, it's about taking steps towards a healthier, stronger you. Let's get fit together!

What is a zercher squat? Can I do a regular squat? I usually spread my legs out a bit more for better depth
