I’m a 20 year old mum & 8 weeks postpartum. I ran & exercised heavily before pregnancy & have mourned my old body & my old routine. I can honestly say this made me sweat so heavily whilst actually enjoying the workout. I was actually disappointed when it finished I was enjoying it so much! I have diet controlled gestational diabetes and when I have a spike or eat a food I know will spike me, I usually take a walk and it helps me stay even. With the temps in the 100s I am so glad I found a good workout that gave me a challenge and a lot of mental stimulation as well!! 💙

I didn’t work out my whole pregnancy so I’m waaay out of shape. This was seriously the perfect workout to ease my way back into working out!! I did it with my 5 and 3 year olds too. So fun!

Love love love dance workouts. Eighteen weeks and just what I needed to get back into working out this week. I did this one twice in row as I promised myself I'd do 30 minutes today. It kicked my butt the first time, but had just the right amount of umph/flow to let me do it again. I love that the slower/easier comes toward the end and the faster/more difficult hits beginning/middle! Thank you!

I always pair a 10-15 mins of ur dance or other short video with ur other 25 to 30min pilates or yoga, depending on my available time. Please please do more of these 15 mins dance workouts!!! It definitely breaks out a great sweat!!!! Thank u!!!

This was brilliant - I’m no longer post partum (fairly certain 2 and a bit years doesn’t count 😂) BUT I have been afraid of exercise since baby and need low impact due to a knee injury. This was perfect. ❤ thank you!

I've been learning new things from your channel (wish you had that channel before) and enjoying your workouts. Up to 23 weeks I've been able to do more hardcore workouts - but now I'm starting to feel the pregnancy (first time SPD...) - your cardio, pilates, and dance workouts are invaluable! They help me just have fun and be active. And all your videos about pregnancy/labour are very useful- I recognise some of the strategies and I've learned new ones. Thank you!

This workout is so fun and the music is spot on!! Theres not many workouts like this on UA-cam and it's by far the best I've come across. I also did it BABYWEARING!! Obviously missing out the floor parts. Maybe one day you can do a dance babywearing workout? Unless theres one already that I havent seen.
