  • After listening to Spain’s song I did a little research about the lyrics and the staging and I’m even more impressed of it. Aparently ”Eaea” is something that the spanish people say to children while making them sleep. And the song itself has the words of, pretty much a lullaby. Blanca dedicate this song also the album to her Grandmother. (we can see that from the cover picture of her Album). And the staging as well represent the Spanish culture like: flamenco (from the red ropes that are hanging) and the lighting (Where the camera is recording from upside and Blanca is sitting in the middle of the white light circle) The part where she sits in the middle of the circle represents her grandmother watching her from the moon (according to her lullaby). It’s very inspirational and emotional.

The song itself (music, singing, clapping) is a bulería, kind of a specific 'subgenere' of flamenco with a modern twist of an electronic beat.
The topic and the lyrics come from the POV of a woman singing a lullaby, trying to put her crying baby to sleep ('Eaea' is a cooing sound in Spain)
The performance and staging are the ones of a ritual, summoning her ancestors. Specially her late grandma, wich this song is inspired by and dedicated to, because she taught and used to sing flamenco and lullabies to her.
The repetitive pattern of the beat, backing vocals and rythmic clapping are intended to be entrancing and hypnotizing for connecting with the energy of the experience. Her hand movements work as a praise and a calling to the above.
The red threads are a reference to the fringes of a traditional 'mantón' (shawl) simbolizing protection, motherhood, in fact she said it could be seen sort of womb-shaped. Actually she worked as a costume and stage set designer, as she did here too.
The white circle represents the moon, where, as the lyrics say, she wants to be buried in when she dies, so she will be able to watch over her child everynight but one ('newmoon')
First she kneels looking up, later she kneels again looking downwards, always with a reaching hand.
Then she shoots a flaming arrow and lights it on fire (red pulsing light, heartbeat, blood, death) Finally the priestess gets on the shrine to end the ritual in ecstasy.

Greek and European Spanish have, largely coincidentally, developed an almost identical sound system, and also have very similar word shapes with lots of words ending in -os, -as, -es, and in vowels, so the result is that they sound so similar that speakers of one get confused listening to the other. The first time I heard Greek as a European Spanish speaker my brain short circuited cuz I couldn't figure out why I couldn't understand it.

From CroaŠČia..........Hidden in a plain sight.
This is a superb ‘rock-opera’ anti-war parody with powerful visuals. Tractor is a reference to Belarus president Lukashenko's birthday present to Putin. In the song Putin is described as a "vile little psychopath", the vocalist represents Stalin, and the guy with nuclear rockets has NINLE on his forehead (word play: Nin-Le=Lenin) and is dressed in monk's outfit, like Rasputin. Insertion of a dominant, sinister, dark Lenin, who came way before Putin, points to a much deeper problem. And those TWO nuclear warheads; after all we all know who dropped the A-bombs! ’Trajna nina nena’ is Croatian song for little kids; ‘Trajna nina armagedon nona’(grandma) speaks for itself. Mama ŠČ is a metaphor for Mother Russia (ŠČ is a letter of the Russian alphabet, also old Croatian Glagolitic). The Cyrillic letter Shch Щ was derived from the Glagolitic (Croatian script) letter Sht Ⱋ. Coincidently, the sum of letters Š and Č gives Z (25+4=29) in Croatian alphabet, and Z is a military symbol used by Russian Federation to mark their military vehicles in Ukraine.
    The chaotic reverse part of the song represents repeating the same mistakes from history, and not learning anything. Croatian alphabet in reverse: Ž(Ж/Ⰶ), Z(З/Ⰷ), V(В/Ⰲ), U(У/Ⱆ), T(Т/Ⱅ), Š(Ш/Ⱎ), S(С/Ⱄ), R(Р/Ⱃ), P(П/Ⱂ), O(О/Ⱁ), Nj(Њ/Ⱀⰺ), N(Н/Ⱀ), M(М/Ⰿ), Lj(Љ/Ⰾⰺ), L(Л/Ⰾ), K(К/Ⰽ), J(Й/Ⰺ), I(И/Ⰻ), H(Х/Ⱈ), G(Г/Ⰳ), F(Ф/Ⱇ), E(Е/Ⰵ), Đ(Ђ/Ⰼ), Dž(Џ/Ⰴⰶ), D(Д/Ⰴ), Ć(Ћ/Ⱋ), Č(Ч/Ⱍ), C(Ц/Ⱌ), B(Б/Ⰱ), A(А/Ⰰ).
Visually, there are a lot of subliminals with multilevel meaning.
Crocodile is a terrible drug popular in Russia, that makes people act like zombies. Guys are dressed in military uniforms but in pink and bright colors and are wearing dresses; making fun of all warmongers and military establishments, proponents of chaos. Side image shows roses sticking out of their asses. Preposterous, or superb description of the present time? Main exclamation is ‘mama idem u rat’- mommy I am going to war, a cry against the forced mobilization, and sending young people to kill each other.
When are we going to learn?!

Mama ŠČ from Croatia is great score!
    ✨✨✨✨🇭🇷🇭🇷🇭🇷🇭🇷🇭🇷
This is much more serious song than it might seem at the first glance! It's anti-war and anti-dictatorship protest rock opera like song and brutal mockery of "little vile ps******th" which is interpreted by many as Putin himself but also all other mad dictators like him. It is performed by The Let 3 - famous experimental and often extremely provocative Croatian art punk rock band that is active over 30 years and which also had numerous collaborations in theater peroformances including those with very serious directors.
Lyrics description: "Mama ŠČ" = Mama Russia (among Russians "mother" symbolises their country), ŠČ is letter from the Russian alphabet.
"Mother bought a tractor" = popular interpretation by many - Belarus dictator Lukašenko gave to Putin tractor for his 70th birthday.
"Mother loved a moron" = Mother Russia loved actual Russian president.
As i've written "little vile ps******th" is also Putin but at the same time all mad war thirsty dictators and aggressive leaders like him!
Let 3 outfits and styling: military like clothes as the representation of all war thirsty leaders in combination with drag queen like clothes and makeup (provocation to the homophobic Russian President and other likewise dictatorial conservatives).
Bald man is wearing dark scarf - alusion to Rasputin, another reference to Russia and on his forehead there's inscription "NJINLE" which is Croatian word play for LENJIN (NJIN + LE = LENJIN).
Nuclear rockets are rather self-explanatory: "little vile ps*******th" from the Kremlin is constantly threatening with usage of nukes!
    Warm greetings from Croatia
