CLARIFICATION 1: Use 2) "Premoving based on assumptions" only if you're extremely low on time!
REASON: As explained in the video, it's unsafe to premove this way as your opponent might surprise you with their move.
However, if you're extremely low on time, you SHOULD do this as the alternative is losing on time haha
CLARIFICATION 2: In the first position from Hikaru, 2. Qh6 was not a safe premove!
REASON: 1. Rg3 could have been met by 1...Bg4! and then the 2. Qh6 premove would be a horrible mistake as it would run into 2...Rxe1#!!
