If the police have so many officers that can come out to a man taking perfectly legal pictures on a public footpath, then they have plenty of time and officers to attend real crime scenes. Like a guy I was talking with yesterday. He had 2 cars on his drive, that some low life decided he wanted. Because the owner of them had prepared for such a crime happening he had taken precautions to make the vehicles inoperable to anyone unauthorised to drive them. Not sure how exactly, but I think it was to remove an essential component of what makes a car work? The would be thief was not amused so decided to break into the owners shed and kill the owners daughters pet Rabbit that was in a hutch in the shed by pouring paint thinners on it and setting it alight. Then poured the some on the cars before being disturbed by the owners lights coming on. The police were called, but never actually came around to his house. He sat up all night for weeks on his own waiting for the culprit to return. The police are no longer fit for purpose. Apparently they don't attend as many as 75% of burglaries in England now.

So because she is too small you have to be put in chains... In the 19th and early 20th centuries most forces required that recruits be at least 5 feet 10 inches (178 cm) in height. Nottingham City Police had a minimum height requirement of 6 feet. By 1960 many forces had reduced this to 5 feet 8 inches (173 cm), and 5 feet 4 inches (163 cm) for women. Many senior officers argued that height was a vital requirement for a uniformed constable.[24] Some forces retained the height standard at 5 feet 10 inches (178 cm) or 5 feet 9 inches (175 cm) until the early 1990s. In May 1990, the minimum height requirement was dropped by the Metropolitan Police, and other police forces had followed suit by September 1990. No British force now requires its recruits to be of any minimum height. The MacPherson report of 1999 recommended against height restrictions, arguing that they may discriminate against those of ethnic backgrounds who are genetically predisposed to be shorter than average.[25] The shortest officer in the UK, PC Sue Day of Wiltshire Police, is 4 feet 10 inches (147 cm) tall.[26] The tallest is PC Anthony Wallyn of the Metropolitan Police who is 7 feet 2 inches (218 cm) tall.[27] Both officers had to have their uniforms specially made for them due to their size (Wikipedia)

In a country without a bill of rights and case law which makes it universally or federally understood you might find that 'reasonable grounds for suspicion' is unique to judges, districts or jurisdictions. It may be vaguely explained at the federal level so local jurisdictions can further define it's own unique meaning.

She put a mask on but arrested you because you had your face covered 😂😂😂😂
You clearly do not live up to your surname ....
No-one was arrested.
@@Audit-The-Auditors they were....arrest in the broad sense means to stop......they were stopped....😘
@@Audit-The-Auditors name and badge number 🐷🔫
@@graemesmith8068 No, 'arrest' is a very specific process where the person is told they are arrested. That clearly did not happen.
Absolutely outrageous. The women dont look at all confident, scared even. Real criminal they have encountered here
Anyone who says being hand cuffed is non intrusive, has most likely never been cuffed! Cuffs should be used on ppl charged, being arrested only!! Not detained, questioned, and searches like this is BS!! These cops are crazy,
@jamest.5001 You're talking nonsense. The detention is part of the process because until the search has been done he could be anyone and could have any sort of weapon on him. Perfectly reasonable to handcuff and it was done without any unreasonable force. Just because you and this auditor disagree with this stop and search doesn't make it unlawful.
@kt5661 It can be reasonable to handcuff a detained person. However it looks to me like they either put the cuffs on too tight or held them awkwardly.
Definitely shouldn't have left marks like that after 5 minutes.
I bet they were shocked that they didn't find any crow bars in your pockets......
Yeah turns out he was just excited to see them. ;
When they realize that terrorizing you didn't make you bow down their ego made them stay longer just like spiteful children. There cops will all end up experiencing unfortunate, life changing accidents. At least if there's any justice in the world. Disgusting filth is what they are. One day they'll wake up in a very, very warm place (not cosy warm but more agonizing pain warm) realizing that this is where they'll spend eternity.
They all need what Rathband got. Both barrels!
Hopefully the whole lot catch a stray.
Bloody hell man 🤣
I always thought that HEDDLU
was Welsh for "police" but after this I realised that it is Welsh for the 4th Reich.
This was a retaliatory stop and search because he was filming and the patronising arrogance of the three female police was disgusting and the condescending attitude with the "you're sadly misinformed" and "hostile reconnaissance". The gobby blonde in particular was extremely disrespectful and treated him as a criminal from the get go.
I don't believe that female officers should be doing frontline first contact with the public, as they are too emotional, and escalate quickly, especially when stopping a male suspect.
They CAN stand there all day, but they can't leave that car there, parked on double yellow lines.
Welcome too the hotel california ,
That male cop was professional, shame about the women.
It's because they both have dog poo bags in their pockets
He wasn't professional at all. Ultimately he is the one carrying out the search so should have been satisfied that there were sufficient grounds to do so before doing it which there were not.
were they women? one near the end had some very he\him vibes about him\her....
Tampax syndrome
They looked no older than fifteen.
So many illegal criminals doing all kind of activities in our streets and to our people and what the police is doing ?
10:34 *" y o u c a n f i l m w h a t e v e r y o u w a n t"* !!?!!
from the man who just searched a man for F I L M I N G ...
Sad state of affairs when you can be searched because you are walking up and down in a balaclava.....'kin tyrants the lot of em.
Stealth - He didn't even have a balaclava. He was wearing a face mask - The cops also wore face masks in public. Why didn't they search each other?...Following their "logic", they should have!
@Kens UK Adventures - I think you are correct, cos when he said it wasn't a balaclava they didn't argue the point. However it is NOT a crime to wear a mask NOR a balaclava! Balaclavas were manufactured to be worn in cold weather. I think ALL agreed it was a cold day.
@@topcat1358 Yeah, i meant the report was for someone wearing a balaclava. Policing in the this country is now shockingly poor.
