Great videos Carl! I've been wanting to use my Evernote account, but needed some help with all the features. I just went through all 7 videos and it really helped. Thanks again!
Thanks Carl, processing notes starting with tag then notebook is a solution to a pain point I have been having when processing notes. Weekly processing is good idea, which I need to remember to do and not process randomly Thanks
Great tutorial Carl. I learned some new things. Thanks. Can I add a tag to an already existing tag, making it a sub category tag from within the note itself ? i.e If I already have a tag called 'Business' and I want to create a sub category tag called 'Real Estate', Is this possible ? Thanks again.
@@drpentecost BUT business pulls all biz stuff and RE will pull all the RE - stuff... the RE tag is RE not B-RE, so it doesn't actually help, much, I have found. But also depends on how you use notebooks too, or stacks even.
Hmmm, I'm not sure Evernote will do that as a) you can create your own archive and b) sending something to trash acts as an archive because you have to manually empty that folder if you really want to delete a note.
Do you ever reach the monthly upload limit and note size limit? Do you reach it early? Does it prevent you from continuing to use Evernote- what happens?
No further notes can be added, but never reached that in the paid version... in the free, it is certainly a regular occurrence nearing the 30 day cycle.
Never reached it, Patrick. I've no idea what would happen. I presume you will not be able to add anything until the new month starts. But the chances of that happening are very slim.
@@BDV000 Such as move one note from one Evernote account to another by right-clicking on note and selecting what account to move it to. Drag a note to the desktop as a ENEX file type. And there are a lot more things. Maybe I will do a video on it someday :). Thank goodness for Evernote Legacy. Because I have switched back to it as it is more useful than the new Evernote.

Great stuff as usual!
Is anyone else wanting evernote to have an archive folder?
i had to create my one.

@@Carl_Pullein I haven't thought of using the trash can as an archive folder. I may try it.
Thanks!

I love Evernote, but the new Evernote has been less than appealing.
I've become a fan of the 'new' Evernote.
@@Carl_Pullein Evernote is still useful, but some of the things I used to be able to do in it, I can no longer do.
