When I was much younger I would use brute force to get that off and back on. Nice job on the DIY tool. I do not know why but I was younger I never thought about making tools.

The white cam (dorman 83232) is for tilt and the green one (dorman 83233) is for non tilt.

I have that same steering wheel, but I have the tilt steering column. Got mine on the lift today and started working on it again. Felt good.
