Great video!! My 2016 impala limited is the same body. I watched it and got what tools I was going to need and then went to work. Simple and easy to follow along too. Good idea using floor jack to help and set the pre load too. Thanks again for a simple to the point video not drowned out by music. 👍🏻
Well done. You go the extra mile by doing the simplest things. Descriptive, brief and you show exactly what we need to see. Well lit and an angle that affords the clearest view. Pro job, dude.
I don’t comment or like often, but this is a seriously great tutorial. Straight to the point, great angles and tips so I can see everything, and I didn’t even need to take out my whole tool box… just the tools you said. The torque specs were a nice touch too, thanks!
bro great video!!!!!!!! not super long and I freaking love how you say which tool to use and zoom in on it every time you change tools. its unbelievably helpful bc I just pause the vid and go to my tool box to get my tool and can just look at the paused screen to see which one I need. whenever I use other peoples tutorials for stuff like this they just verbally say what tool it is while showing a video of them doing whatever task is for and I can't tell you how many times I'll watch a video, pause it, go to get the tool I need, and realized I immediately forgot what size they said so I have to rewind and listen again. and sometimes ill be all frustrated that I have to rewind to listen again but then just as I hit play a freaking ad pops up.
This was super helpful. I just replaced the lower control arms on a 2014 Impala. One was bent pretty severely so it look a little work to get out but your video gave me the confidence to try and be successful. Thanks

Nice job as always, You were helping your buddy out ? I didn't see no BUDDY ? LOL. That small impact works GREAT, VERY SURPRISED. Car looked VERY CLEAN UNDERNEATH, it's nice when you get a vehicle like that to work on, NO RUSTED TO HELL STUFF.
Nice job. I had a bitch of a time getting the cotter pin through the new ball joint under the axle. I found out that the new castle nut was taller than the original. Thank God I saved the old nut.
? On the nut for the Control I did the Passager Side the control arm when in but the Driver Side is not all the way down I did what you said but I torque under 40 ftlbs is that a problem
The hardest part was looking for tools that I just had in my hand lol. Its easy and there really isnt a "hard part". It only took me an hour to do both sides
I slide jumped a high curb in a Cruze 2013, split the control arm in 1/2 n broke another part. I ll figure out the other parts name after a few more videos .... urs really helped this way i dont get got at the shops

Man I love it, but you got that ball joint out of the knuckle with just a few hits to the side? Hoo wee come over to my place and tap my shit with that magic hammer. Shit is cemented in there. The tips to lift the arm up with the jack are solid gold, especially to work against the spring. I'll definitely put that to action.
I'm buying the kit and changing everything. Apparently, this generation of Impalas isn't known for its great suspension. Anyway, I love mine and Im keeping it. We have a bond.

Now this is EXACTLY how "how to" videos should be made, detailed from start to finish! Thank you sir!

Best how to video! No extra talking. Just straight to it!
Love the style bro. No BS! Straight to the point but informative. Perfectly done!
Excellent video! Short and to the point, shows which tools you will need, and helpful tips. Thanks!

I subscribed after watching the first 2 minutes because I haven't found really no very detailed videos like this about anything on a car 😭😭👍🏾
All instructions are clear and concise. Appreciate the video.
You did a great job on this video. It's the only one I need to watch!
Love this video. Answered any possible questions in the video.
Did this and the sway bar at the at same time plus my cv axles almost at 97k on my 15 limited lt, loving the cruise

Awesome video I have an 08 so my nuts and bolts were different sizes but otherwise you walked me right through it!
Wow, that was a great video!! Thanks for taking the time and not putting in 20 minutes worth of useless information!!!
Great video. Lots of useful tips.
Nice job. I had a bitch of a time getting the cotter pin through the new ball joint under the axle. I found out that the new castle nut was taller than the original. Thank God I saved the old nut.
Fabulous work
That Milwaukee stubby is a beast.
Very wonderful job !
? On the nut for the Control I did the Passager Side the control arm when in but the Driver Side is not all the way down I did what you said but I torque under 40 ftlbs is that a problem
Thank You, you've been a great help. I've subscribed and look forward to more uploads.
All you got to do is follow step by step made it simple love it
pretty much the same procedure? if the control arm happens to be broken?
might sound dumb, but mine tools skip 18mm I's there a similar one, idk why both my sets of impacts skip it
How were you able to tighten the sway bat links
What everybody else said. Great job.
Good looking out Bro..
Did you use a movtech lower control arm? How has it held up?
I notice the control arm nuts were tightened to 83 ft. lbs. Where did you find that torque? I thought they were supposed to be 92 ft. lbs.
truly like your format you do,right to the point. I am using this to do mine.
Good work fam definitely 5 star
you that dude my guy
Awesome video! What would you say was your biggest challenge in doing this job?
The hardest part was looking for tools that I just had in my hand lol. Its easy and there really isnt a "hard part". It only took me an hour to do both sides
Nice job!
Great Job!
What is that power ratchet you are using?

Yes
Hey what size impact Milwaukee can be used?
Great video bro!!!
thank you sir
It's a 14mm on mines so idk why they 13mm for the sway bar link
When I got to the sway bar linkage I swear I was just gonna cut that off it was such a pain in the ass to unfasten
Vice grips, a blow torch and alot of back and forth fastening and un fastening Nd finally got it off.
Did had the back one loose
Dope channel
This was good

Currently me right now, how did you get it free? I’ve wailed on it with a 10 on sledge and nothing?
Did you need an alignment after? I know they say you should, but I'm wondering for your particular case.

I’m a female and I feel I can do this myself if I had the right tools haha
My 2012 is 15mm top and bottom for sway bar pain in my ass
It wirk just like you said an Did
