I kind of wish it was easier to find PA plans For crafting Raider, 45,51 and 60 It took me a long time to complete all the sets by finding them in the wild that were at max lvl
If I find a plan I already know, I just leave it. Regardless if it is armor, food, or weapons (including any mods). I don't need caps, and part of the fun of being new is discovering new plans. Oh, and make sure you check EVERY tool box/chest. Good place to find some plans.
@@That-fool the marines armor helm can only be obtained at a treasure hunter event with the miners. Its the only way to get it and the next time that’s happening is may 16 2024-may 20
@@That-fool brother iv been playing for 5 days I refuse to waste more time then needed so I wiki and UA-cam everything. I wasted 2 days trying to get some plasma rifle attachments n shit server hoping, after that I said never again am I wasting time 🫠

For mod plans, it seems like anything can spawn anywhere but I don't know what the loot table actually looks like. For armor piece plans, the forest seems to only spawn metal. The other regions seem to spawn everything else. I found marine to be the most common in the Cranberry Bog and Mire. I'm no dataminer though and it's possible that my experience was just randomness and no indication of anything.
I guess I was thinking of a different fire pit. Wiki says it was NW reward and was supposed to be added to Minerva but never was. Looks like it's unobtainable at the moment.

I was given a ton of plans by a kind stranger tonight and I can't do anything with them. They don't even show up after I've read them. This game is very confusing.

I grab and throw in my store for 20/50 caps so low levels can def get them
I sell my already known plans for super cheap at my vendor. I want people to get their hands on them as quick and conveniently as possible

Could be one of a few things, you don't have the main plan if it's mods, may have your crafting station set to show only craftable
