    Hi Jenny, I live in an over 55 community and lead our group exercise that we do three times a week. We love your videos! We have done many of them, and have not found one yet that we did not like.😊

    Really enjoyed this strengthening routine. It was just enough after my morning walk. The difficulty level and speed were perfect.

    Just loved doing this with you from your Tuscany retreat. It really made me feel part of the great 10 day experience. Also great to have these exercises for when I travel and have limited space in a hotel bedroom.

    Can you please tell me what length of resistance band you all are using? I’m not sure which length to buy. Both 5.9’ and 6.5’ are offered, along with short ones.

    The Musicis too loud. If this video is not geared to seniors than we hate thumping music. Also this video is not for newbie senior that is for sure and where is the warm up. More thought needed to go into this exercise video.
